大马散装船运 拟售2货船
（吉隆坡27日讯）大马散装船运（MAYBULK，5077，主板贸易）探讨脱售2艘船龄超过20年的货船。
该公司执行主席张裕锦说：“是有这样的计划，问题在于（脱售）价格，我们要争取最好的（价格）。”
他今日在财报汇报会上指出，大马散装船运共有11艘船，货船和油船各有8和3艘。
去年11月，透过独资子公司脱售1艘名为“Alam Sempurna”给第三者，进账385万美元（约1413万9125令吉），脱售计划已在今年1月完成。
询及大马散装货运会否收购新船时，张裕锦说，仍寻找机会，同时在试探市场中，不急于一时。
截至12月31日08财年，该公司营业额达7亿2115万8000令吉，较07财年上扬18.6%，惟税前盈利下跌9.4%，达5亿2575万令吉。
由于第4季干散货运的平均程租总运费（TCE）从4万3386令吉（约15万9227令吉），下滑至2万8623美元（约10万5046令吉），大马散装船运末季营业额下挫36.2%，达1亿3800万令吉。
张裕锦希望，大马散装船运今年继续获得盈利。 |

什么叫做“希望”，大马散装船运今年继续获得盈利？
看来maybulk对未来的业务前景不是很有信心
还想在卖船，那是不是代表着管理层觉得未来经济展望不看好？
还是因为年龄问题而想换新船？
09年，对maybulk将会是很挑战的一年～

“Other operating income for Q4 reported a loss of RM26.9m compared to Q3’s net income of RM93.1m. This is attributable to mark-to market provisions of RM46.7m for the Group’s currency position and its’ quoted equities investments.”
其实，这个季度的低盈利只是个假像，主要是管理层为未来外汇潜在亏损和股票投资做出很大的后备（provision）。约有4千六百万。如扣除这个provision,这个季度的eps就有5 sen.。
The operating profit for FY2008 of RM338.8m reports an 11% decrease against the previous year’s RM379.5m. This was improved by other operating income of “RM219.5m, comprising mainly of gains from sale of vessels (RM327.3m) and interest
income (RM36.4m) and adverse mark-to-market provisions for the Group’s quoted investments (RM93.6m) and foreign currency basket (RM48.6m). Administrative overheads decrease by 9.2%.”
扣除mark to market provision 给外汇和股票，其实MAybulk全年的eps 有将近60sen。但然，这是乐观的看法，而且股票和外汇在未来也可能会增值的。所以我觉得管理层派发30sen股息一点都不过分。 |
