SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to inform our Streamyx customers that Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) will be performing a network upgrading exercise from 11.00 pm, Tuesday, 7th April 2009 until 6.00 am, Wednesday, 8th April 2009.

As a result, Streamyx customers in Kuala Pauh, Kuala Lumpur may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure you that the service would resume to normal after this period.

TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused whilst the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our network to enable us to serve you better.
Customers can call TM at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any Streamyx related problems.

各位大大，现在stremyx有那么多问题是吗？暂时性的还是一直以来都这样？TM接下来会弄好吗？我刚刚才考虑要用stremyx的线，现在听你们那么多投诉，我不懂要不要申请好。

服务中断

亲爱的客户，

我们要通知所有的Streamyx用户，马来西亚电信有限公司将执行网络升级工作。从4月7日星期二下午11时，至4月8日星期三上午6时。

其结果是，在吉隆坡的用户可能会遇到服务中断的情况出现。我们愿向您保证，服务很快将恢复正常 。

本公司对大家造成的任何不便深感歉意，与此同时，我们愿向你保证，我们正在改善我们的网络，使我们能够更好地为您服务。

如果一直agent buzy 就等到他们的接线员接你的电话为此 ，偶也是‘ 中招 ‘ 过  ，只能一直等咯，有时还要等上15分钟:@ :@ :@ ，他们的服务有够teruk的

我试过打半个小时没人接
打到我dulxn，然后把电话放在一旁，去冲凉晚餐
这几天你们的网络 ok 吗？
前几天我家一直一直断线，然后他们就一直赖是我 modem 的问题
现在 tm 的人 check 都不用 check 就直接说是我 modem 的问题了。

我的朋友告诉我，他们只得2个帮助台呼叫中心。(Kelana & Menara TM) 支持全马来西亚的Streamyx!!!!

如果他们不开report 的话。和他们说你将会联络MCMC report 他们.

                                  Referringto our earlier statement on 31 March 2009 on the disruption of ourInternet services due to circuit faults on the Southeast Asia-MiddleEast-Western Europe 3 (SMW3) cable network between Tuas, Singapore andPenang linking Malaysia to Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Cable Network 2(APCN2) near Chongming, China connecting Malaysia to the United States,Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to announce that there is a delayin the restoration of Internet services due to technical problems atthe repairing stages.
                                  Due to the delay,  full recovery of Internet services is now expected to be on 9 April 2009.
                                  Customersusing Internet services may continue to experience slow browsing whileaccessing websites hosted in the US and Hong Kong. In addition,customers using other IP services such as Virtual Private Network (VPN)and other critical business applications linked to the US and Hong Kongmay also experience some service degradation. To alleviate the problem,some of the links have been directed to alternate routes to ease thecongestion.
                                  TM wishes toassure its customers that it is undertaking all necessary measures torestore communications services for its customers as soon as possible.
                                  Customers can call TM  at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any Internet related problems.

前几天偶bf的家streamyx network 也出了问题哦，internet的灯完全不闪，根本就不能上网:@:@，害到偶不能做功课，不只一次了，现在的streamyx network真的很不stable,每个给的费用好像是白给了:@:@:@

现在他们好像不大要开 report 了
以前一有问题就直接开了
现在要问东问西问到天翻地覆才甘愿开 report
开了 report 没一两天就打电话来问怎样了
告诉他们等多一两天才 confirm
他们就说现在没问题现在关
再有问题再打然后再开～～～～
