我就先大约说说普遍用的两种好了~

1. proportion of net assets method (old method)
cost of investment - (net asset x group share %)-any impairment= goodwill

2. full goodwill method ( current)
cost of investment- (net asset x group share %)= parent goodwill
fair value of NCI at acquistion - (net asset x NCI %)= NCI goodwill
Parent goodwill + NCI goodwill = total goodwill

也就是说之前的方法他们并没有包括NCI的算法，现在新standards要求NCI goodwill也加进去来算出更加准确的数字

话说回来，老大你应该知道consolidated account里面有working 1, 2 , 3 等等的步骤吧？
working 2和3就是算goodwill的主要关键了

所以整个 group 来讲
那个 inventory 是还没有 sell 出去
intra transaction 是要去掉这些 unrealised profit/loss 的

我想请问p3的revision　class．．．　
parmindar RI 和 RE class 哪个比较好呢？　
是两个都去比较好　还是　一个就可以了．．？　
不知道哪个是比较注重回答past　paper　的．

RI是教spotter topic，是repeat normal class的东西！

RE只会discussQ ＆ A！

如果你这个sitting是从First Term开始上Parmindar的normal class，那么你可以选择skip RI，而只上RE。因为RI cover的东西同normal class是差不多，只不过是比较summary和spot topic。

如果你只是上revision class或只从2nd Term开始上课，你最好两个都上啦！

不过，我提醒你一句，如果你只选择上RE的话，你最好study first。因为Parmindar在RE discuss Q ＆ A是相当之快。

我去问le, sentral only provides evening classes (part time)

麻烦 cos morning classes are more convenient.

Lecturer's profile : Mr Goh, Ms Ong, Ms Susan, Hema

设施 (facilities) in sentral 优于 IPG 许多.

PTPL 有 gold status, the staff told me their passing rate is around 80% .... 不知道是不是真的?

原来如此.....我现在也是上这个f9，currency的calculation我觉得好像没有很多.....最主要的你要知道那个是first n second currency，哪一个要乘哪一个要除，如果要sell or buy first n second currency的时候你要弄清楚哪一个rate才可以用然后就是money market hedge那些的.....

其实读ACCA，这些所谓Gold/platinum Status或high passing rate并不是很重要，而最重要就是要跟到experience lecturer，因为这些experience lecturer会教你exam technique，明白examiner的要求，帮学生做很多study material，教学生如何去应答考试的问题。

说件事给你知道，Sunway每个sitting都是Platinum Status，passing rate也很高，但其lecturer就九流。Sunway能够得到Platinum Status，主要原因是他们会ban student考试来保持他们的Platinum Status。如果你过不到mock exam，Sunway学生至爱的Mr Teo就会叫你不要去考试。若然你坚持要考试，那么Sunway就会remove你的名from Sunway student list，你以后也不能再回Sunway上课。

不过你考的F1到F3不会很难，所以没必要找特别的experience lecturer啦！

如果你F4开始有打算来KL上课，我可以介绍给你一些好的experience lecturer。

Bursa好像不能找回past days的share price，可以用the star 的business 里面的market watch,但是要注册成为会员。。。
