SM claims that SNSD's "Genie" is the first and official song. Apparently the demo tapes were leaked and the Uzbek singer plagiarized it. SM says Universal Music Publishing Group will be seeking legal actions. Universal Music Publishing Group was the company that handled the 'Genie' project for SM.

Many netizens thought SM plagiarized due to the Uzbek singers release date. However, SM representatives came out to clarify the demo tape was leaked.
After the previous YoonA - Tiffany incident during their Music Core performance with ‘Etude’ pointing that YoonA has scolded Tiffany for not wearing safety shorts underneath, So Nyeo Shi Dae Jessica and Seo Hyun are Netizens’ next target?
This was also from Music core performance of ‘Etude’.
From a fancam, Jessica was seen supposedly calling to Seo Hyun, “Go away”. And then onlooking Sunny has responded with “What’s wrong with you?”
With that netizens have posted up discussion threads with titles like ‘Scary So Nyeo Shi Dae’ , ‘Jessica scolding Seo Hyun‘ up on the internet.
Netizens’ responses were, “It just seemed like she was scolding. You can’t say for sure”, “I would be irritated if someone walking in front of me while I am performing” etc
This came after the incident where YoonA was seen lifting Tiffany’s skirt on stage and supposedly scolding her for not wearing safety shorts.
The girls came up to explain about it on ChinChin Radio yesterday saying that YoonA had said, “You didn’t clip your skirt” instead of “You didn’t wear shorts?”. But YoonA mentioned that she should apologise for her act infront of so many people, and Tiffany had seemed a little embarrassed. But her intentions were coming from a worried friend alright.
Hopefully the incident clears up. And the netizens are really something spotting one thing after another.

The manager (or the "leaker") said that girls were planning a surprise party for Seohyun (one that similar to Hyoyeon's), and were purposely acting harsh on Seohyun the day before her birthday. So yeah if someone brings this issue, tell this fact.
