如果你喝的是加糖的果汁，当然不好咯。
喝哪一种茶？如果是green tea (camellia，含caffeine之类的）就最好不要。fibre drink也要看看自己本身的bowel movement (肠胃蠕动）和喝水量够不够，免得两边不讨好。 |

sodium hydroxide去化工行买
干花，精油之类的在自己的店就有了
而模型还是国外的漂亮很多，我大部分的模型是上网买的。 |

double cleansing固然重要，可是如果洗脸的人不会洗脸的技巧那就反而越洗越糟糕，不洗更好。
没有化妆的话，只是cleanser也是可以卸掉防晒膏的，除非你搽的是防水的。 |
