klse8k的原理的确没错，有错之处最多也只是太过执著于原理，一本通书读到老。

企业监督也没得怪谁，反正奸诈之徒到处都有。

如果你听了建议买了megan，只能怪自己为什么不多听听第二意见，自己分析一下。

自古兼听则明，要怪就怪自己。

善良而无能力的人，最后只有做妓女或廉价劳工的命运。

megan对股市的冲击会很小，因为“有计划的转移现金“很早就被基金经理们发现了。他们也是第一个跑掉了。

反而对散户冲击最大，因为股东大部分全部是散户。

不过散户们其实在0。6时代已经发现问题了，所以亏损也不大，因为大家的心态只是投机，所以不会放太多钱进去。这是唯一的好消息了。。。。。。。。

严厉谴责这些欺骗公众钱的老千，他们是社会的人渣，商界的败类。虽然我没有买Megan，不过还是觉得这些人渣很不应该，骗了钱晚上睡觉也不安稳。

PETALING JAYA: Megan Media Holdings Bhd unit Memory Tech Sdn Bhd (MTSB)may have made up transactions worth over RM300mil, sources said.
The interim findings of Ferrier Hodgson Sdn Bhd, a financialconsultant, show MTSB's suspect transactions included a RM211mildeposit paid for production lines that could be fictitious.
Megan Media, an optical disk maker, appointed Ferrier Hodgson on behalfof creditors to investigate MTSB after the unit defaulted on debtrepayments.
The Securities Commission (SC) said the authorities had also started aninvestigation of Megan Media, the shares of which were suspended fromtrading on Wednesday.
“We will take whatever action is necessary in the course of the investigations,” the SC told StarBiz.
The probe into Megan Media comes just weeks after Transmile Group Bhdinitiated a special audit on its accounts on concerns overirregularities.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, Megan Media said the preliminaryfindings of Ferrier Hodgson showed there were substantialirregularities in MTSB's financial statements, leading to its“financial position having been materially misstated”.
The report said the RM211mil deposit paid by MTSB for 13 production lines appeared to be fictitious.
It also revealed that the company's assets could potentially fall short by RM456mil.  
And the value of MTSB's fixed assets of RM585mil needed to be investigated further while the net realizable value was unknown.
Ferrier Hodgson's initial findings showed MTSB appeared to havefinanced the payment of fictitious trading creditors through borrowingsand recycled the cash through other entities to appear that repaymentswere being made by fictitious trading debtors.
It said all trading creditors were paid but the payments were actuallymade to other parties, a move to siphon out the cash from MTSB.  
The trading debtors, however, remained outstanding and the debts were unlikely to be collected at all.  
A site visit to the supposed trading locations of the debtors and creditors showed they were fictitious, the report added.
It said MTSB may have been involved in fictitious trading over time andthat such transactions had been more rampant in the financial yearended April 30, 2007.
But it did not say how much was involved in the fictitioustransactions. For the nine months ended Jan 31, it recorded higher netprofit of RM39.2mil against RM36.7mil a year earlier.  
Revenue rose to RM774.6mil from RM712mil. And earnings per share came in at 19.27 sen versus 17.96 sen before.
The group's balance sheet shows that as of Jan 31, borrowings totalled RM888mil.  
Receivables grew to RM430.3mil from RM319mil a year earlier. Itscashflow statement showed a negative net cash of RM57.9mil generatedfrom operating activities.
A company official told StarBiz that it was business as usual for the group's original equipment manufacturer (OEM) operations.
“We have to ensure that this (OEM business) continues to sustain salesat a reasonable level. There are sales but obviously the quantum is notat the desired levels,” he said.
In April, Megan Media's two wholly-owned subsidiaries, MTSB andSingapore-based MJC (S) Pte Ltd, were unable to pay a total ofRM47.3mil to their creditors.
PricewaterhouseCoopers has been appointed interim juridical manager ofMJC to protect creditors' interests. MJC was last month sued by itscreditor,  
Last month, The Bank of East Asia (BEA) filed a claim for a total S$3.04mil (RM6.7mil) for facilities granted by BEA.
Megan Media noted that MJC was not the group's major subsidiary sincethe unit constitutes less than 25% of the group's unaudited totalassets and pre-tax profit.

这世界什么人都有，当你做生意时你就会开始了解。看人是多么的重要。

有些人有能力用正当的手法赚钱。那么如果没有能力又想赚大钱的人可以用什么办法呢？？

钱不是容易赚的，除了一些高手。远的不看，vincent tan那么有钱，为人又如何呢？？？

竟然大家知道管理层诚信的重要，当管理层诚信被发现有问题时，为何还那么坚持拥有呢？？


还有一句话“无商不奸“，不要认为外面做生意的全部都是李嘉诚。有90%的全部都是杨天才。这就是为什么klse1000个counter，不是每一个可以投资。
