To ALL: I Just called Singapore office regarding the X- RAY stuff. As the customer service reply: PLEASE IGNORE THE EMAIL, IT JUST AN ERROR! Malaysians are not require to provide the x-ray cert.

所以說應該是官方網站的問題，所以可以忽略掉。但一方面我也很害怕是我自己填錯= =好可怕

我好像是回答No 列。。 可是我不用 submit X-ray 列。。怎么办？要酱改回？

   那 email是关于 xray 的对吗？看到 Facebook 有人打电话去大使馆问了，说是error，叫我们不必理会那个email。

你可以登入纽西兰移民厅检查状态。若通过就会有"approve“这个字眼哦。

Please, do-not complete the X-ray Certificate for Temporary Entry (INZ 1096) If you are applying for a Working Holiday Visa from outside of New Zealand.

Due to a technical fault with our automated online system, our email requesting the above information had been sent to you in error. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your application will be processed as normal and your case officer will contact you if they require any further information.

If you are already in New Zealand, your case officer will e-mail you with further instructions regarding which medical certificates are required from you.

If you are in New Zealand, you can also phone the Immigration Contact Centre toll free on 0508 55 88 55 or from overseas on +64 9 914 4100.

submit的时候是不是要交上RM5000或以上户口证明photocopy?

我没收到email 但是进去那个网站查看，已经批准了。。

不过有一点满担心的 -- visa 上面的名字，姓氏放后面，所以跟护照上姓氏在前面不一样。。。有关系吗？？
大家是怎么填名字的？
我是:
family name: 姓氏
first name: 名字

所以出来的顺序不一样。。。。。。
