其实车延迟是没什么

每次打去他都不知道什么是，说会打回来也没有
到最后我要隔天打给他
亏他还是分行那个经理
赖来赖去他还是说kastam/ sme darby的问题
不管怎样以下是我写给SD的信：
I’m writing this feedback to express how disappointing and frustrating with my Ford Focus booking.
When on March I placed the order with the dealer, they committed the delivery time will be around mid-April. But this was not happened, and they told me it will delay till early May due to Kastam delaying because of GE-13.
Until early May, the dealer is not giving me any updates on the delivery since day 1. I am the one will have to call him for updates. Unfortunately he has always no clue on the update, either is no news from Ford/ Sime Darby or he is not in office. And every time he promised to call back to update it will turns up nothing and I will have to call him again on the next day to check with him. I have no problem with the slight delays as I understand Ford Focus is highly in demand worldwide but I expect the dealer can give me the update regularly.
So come until mid-May, bank called to sign the hire purchase agreement as dealer informed them the car is ready and asked the bank to process the loan. Again, no updates from the dealer where this information was came from the banker. I called my dealer again to check with the delivery, they told me to tender the car number plate since they are in Klang and I wish to get Johor registration number plate and bank in the down payment into their company’s bank account.
Thought finally the car is delivering, yet another disappointment gave by the dealer. Few the next day I bank in the down payment, dealer only say there is some problem with Kastam, the delivery will not make it by the third week of May and it will take few days to resolve.
And surprise! Today, 27th May 2012 my dealer texted me via SMS, not even a proper phone call from him, saying that the delivery will delay until mid-June due to unexpected problem. I don’t know how long it’s going to delay again and what reason will be given again, I am very pissed off with the delays for so many times. And I also know from other dealer that another batch of FoFo will hit our shore by next month, I hope that my order is not waiting for that batch of cars.
