I consider this is a complaint email and i hope you take this seriously. I hope this is my last email to send my complaint to your side because I will NOT use your service again to send any parcel to my customer who live in East Malaysia.
The parcel is a high value and fragile collection scale figure. This item was once upon a time stored in a perfect and well design box before I send to my customer by using YOUR service. When my customer received this parcel, it was in the very bad condition as the photo I attached in this email. The parcel box was rudely opened. The perfect box was OPENED also with nonprofessional method by YOUR in charge person. Please do not inform me that is a customs officer open it because if customs officer open the parcel, they will use a sticker printed 'Open by Custom' and not the sticker that printed ' SKYNET' as the photo that i attached in this email. I think you should clearly explain to me as my below doubt:
1) Why the parcel opened by SKYNET?
2) Why the parcel opened without the receiver witness?
3) Why the parcel opened with unprofessional method?
I hope you can reply me with a good reason. I afraid that I will lost confidence to your service and try to spread this issue to all of my suppliers/customers/friends in my business network through some internet tools like forwarded email,facebook, internet newspaper, Malaysia forums (lowyat,cari,jbtalk,etc).
