Dear Norzalina / AEON Credit,
I write with reference to my recent application for the credit basedfacility, AEON Watami credit card, provided by you, and yoursubsequent refusal of the facility. I submitted all the required documents on 1 February 2015 at AEON Credit Service Branch (AEON Bukit Indah, Johor) ,and received the sad news by 7 February 2015 via sms. During the waiting period, I even did not receive any phone call for the application/document verifications. Whilst I appreciate your specificcriteria for the product itself, I would like to appeal your decisionbecause i can provide you the information or documents that may makeyou reconsider.
My monthly salary is RMxxxx and fulfill the minimum annual income criteria of your creditcard (minimum annual income of RMxxxx) as well as also accompliance the Bank Negara's rules . I have been working in thecurrent xxxxx (xxxxxxxx) since 20xx. The nature of my work is research and development while myinstitute is government linked. My records for my car loan, houseloan can be obtained from Bank Negara Malaysia (CCRIS). The records show my punctuality in paying back the hire purchase and the mortgages.As you may also notice from the records, I am also never fail inpaying back the credit card bills (and always clear the bills beforepayment due date). I trust my appeal will be looked at more favourable way than my original application.
As AEON Credit already had my relevant documents for the application, should you
require any clarification from me or require sight of additional documentation; which will assist inyou reversing the original decision and allow me the facility appliedfor, please feel free to let me know. I'm only a phone call away(02-xxxxxxx from monday to friday and 01xxxxxxxx for the weekends).You may also contact me via the current email address.
In the meantime, I look forward to your response, hopefully with better news than last time, and to a future working relationship as mycredit card provider. If, in the meantime you require any

The previous content of the email is not asking for the reason of refusal by AEON Credit to reject my application. The email is asking for the appeal of my application. Dear Mrxxxx, Good day to you. Regret to inform that our management unable to accede with your appeal request for the AEON Watami Credit Card application. We have carefully reviewed your application and this decision was reached after various considerations. However, you may proceed to re-apply after 6months from now. Please do take note your application will be subjected approval. We appreciate your interest and support towards our product and we do hope that we can accommodate your interest in the near future. Any inconvenience is much regretted.

应该是我前几年把他家的卡砍了,怀恨在心吧。
好在pb批了我的申请,谢天谢地。也是没打电话verify,不过星期三的时候寄到我家了。因为是email apply的吧。先好好研究pb的先。
