商聯帝沙第三季淨利跌5.9%

（吉隆坡24日訊）商聯帝沙（UNICO，5019，主要板種植）原棕油平均銷售價格偏低，導致去年第3季淨利按年下跌5.9%至1816萬1000令吉，派出2仙中期股息。
該公司午間向馬證交所報備說，截至12月31日第3季營業額微跌3.8%，達7481萬8000令吉。
全年總收入增長27.5%至2億3137萬3000令吉，淨利高漲50.4%達5981萬5000令吉。
每股盈利從4.60仙提升到6.91仙。
根據現有的原棕油和棕櫚仁（Palm Kernel）價格走勢，商聯帝沙展望本財年將交出更佳的業績表現。
該公司將在4月18日支付股息給股東。

商聯帝沙子公司 呈初步招股書擬上市

（吉隆坡10日訊）商聯帝沙（UNICO，5019，主要板種植）獨資子公司ELK帝沙資源（ELK-Desa Resources）即將在馬股市掛牌，目前已將初步招股書上呈證券監督委員會。
根據初步招股書，建議首發股相等于繳足資本的20%，但首發股價格仍未定案。
該公司計劃公開發售2500萬新股，其中1562萬股配售土著投資者，486萬股供公眾申請，451萬股售予合格員工。
ELK帝沙資源是一家投資控股公司，旗下子公司ELK帝沙資本主要從事租購融資、保險代理和汽車貿易等業務。
ELK帝沙資本旗下子公司還包括ELK帝沙仲介以及ELK帝沙行銷。
截至去年3月底，ELK帝沙資源2011財年淨利達1528萬令吉，前年則是1319萬令吉；總營業額也從前年的3089萬令吉成長至3540萬令吉。[ChinaPress] |

商联帝沙种植 520万场外易手

（吉隆坡12日讯）商联帝沙种植（Unico，5019，主板种植股）今日有一批520万股的股票在场外易手，相等于0.6%股权。
市场资料显示，商联帝沙种植的缴足股本为8亿6506万股，而这批股权的交易价为每股1.20令吉。

商联帝沙种植 首季净利挫52%

（吉隆坡17日讯）鲜果串（FFB）产量走低拖累商联帝沙种植（Unico，5019，主板种植股）业绩，截至6月30日财年首季净利按年大跌52.1%至1089万7000令吉，上财年同期为2274万5000令吉。
该公司营业额也下滑33.3%报5227万3000令吉，上财年同期为7835万1000令吉；每股盈利从上财年同期的2.63仙减低至1.26仙。
商联帝沙种植表示，集团种植地低鲜果串产量与大马棕油局（MPOB）早前公布的沙巴州油棕种植鲜果串产量明显走低数据相符。
种植业务首季盈利大跌67%，贷款业务则有14%的增幅。
展望未来，商联帝沙种植指出，现财年鲜果串产量将继续走低，因此集团盈利将不比上财年。[Nanyang]

每公顷种植成本1.5万 商联帝沙年翻种800 公顷

（吉隆坡12日讯）商联帝沙种植（Unico，5019，主板种植股）计划继续每年翻种750至800公顷油棕树，每公顷的4年种植成本介于1万2000至1万5000令吉。
商联帝沙种植主席缪进新在主持第三十届股东常年大会后表示，去年已完成逾20%翻种，投资额介于1000万至1300万令吉。
缪进新说：“剩余的约80%，我们会每年陆续翻种。”
商联帝沙种植的油棕园集中在沙巴拿笃（Lahad Datu），总面积约1万3000公顷。
询及有否考虑增加现有种植面积时，商联帝沙种植副董事经理杨耀才说：“为了进一步拓展，公司一直在物色合适的种植地库，但任务不简单。
“要在大马半岛找到合适的种植地库不容易，因为这里的地价非常贵。因此，我们继续把目标锁定沙巴。”
他补充：“除了主动物色新种植地，我们也欢迎园主前来献售。”
永联资源上市待批
另一方面，商联帝沙种植规划把旗下分期付款业务———永联资源（ELK-Desa Resources）在大马交易所主板挂牌，仍有待证券监督委员会批准。
缪进新披露，该公司已在今年4月份呈交所需文件给证监会，但至目前为止还未获得批准。
询及永联资源的上市日期时缪进新说：“这个还不确定，希望越快越好吧！”
配合上市，永联资源计划公开发售2500万股新普通股作为日后的营运资本。
基于上市计划尚未获得证监会放行，商联帝沙种植也还未决定每股发售价。[Nanyang] |

商联帝沙种植准分拆 ELK-Desa 上市须献售土著

（吉隆坡20日讯）商联帝沙种植（Unico，5019，主板种植股）超过1年前提出的分拆献议，已取得证监会批准，惟必须符合后者所拟定的条件。
商联帝沙种植向马交所报备，证监会已经批准旗下ELK-Desa资源有限公司的上市献议，以及允许将ELK-Desa资源的8650万股分配给商联帝沙种植股股东。
但在上市计划下，商联帝沙种植必须符合一些指定条件。
其中，ELK-Desa资源公开发售的2500万新股（占扩大后股本20%）中的1560万股（12.55%），必须配售给获国际贸工部（MITI）批准的土著投资者。
以股代息配给股东
文告称：“这包括透过抽签方式让献售给大众的股票、即其中50%必须献售给土著投资者。
若ELK-Desa或国际贸工部未能配售这部分股票给土著投资者，将透过抽签方式献售给土著散户。”
其余480万股将透过抽签方式配售给大马藉民众，其余450万股则保留给商联帝沙种植合格雇员。
献议下，上述股票将以“以股代息”方式和10对1的比例、将ELK-Desa资源股票分配给在指定日期内持有商联帝沙种植股权的股东。[Nanyang]

The Prospectus with the accompanying Green Offer Acceptance Form, together with the Notice of Provisional Offer will be despatched to the shareholders of Unico-Desa whose names appear in the Record of Depositors ("ROD") of Unico-Desa as at 5.00 p.m. on 19 November 2012 ("Entitled Shareholders") at their addresses in Malaysia as shown in the ROD or at their addresses in Malaysia provided by them by 5.00 p.m. on 19 November 2012 to Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd. An Entitled Shareholder may only exercise his/her rights in respect of the Restricted Offer for Sale to the extent that it would be lawful to do so. |
