写给TMNet有关P2P的投诉信,第7页164楼就是P2P的公告,如何投诉CFM?

CEO 竟然会发邮件到我的 email (hotmail) @@"
而且内容是 animal 什麽来的 @@"

Sender ID unknown? spoofed email。

难道已有人黑进ceo或streamyx mail了?!万岁!!

说真的,偶还看到不少还能下到full speed的用户,才开了5分钟,就满了,汗!!

什么时候咱们再来一次投诉信轰炸??那天偶也寄了一封,回复也是那种官方答案,和你玩字眼游戏!不过,回复速度蛮快的,三个小时就有答案了,可能偶有写偶是在籍学生吧!

我也要投诉。。。connect到却使用不到。
好像一辆proton能start Engine 却不能开走。

Thank you for your e-mail to our CEO and highlighting this.

Prior to the remarkable rise of P2P traffic recently, it has indiscriminately
pushed onto the maximum utilization of our network capacity, while on the other hand
proven to be utilized by only 20% of our total user.
Due to this, currently, bandwidth are not equally distributed amongst DSL users upon file
sharing applications and thus, resulting in a reduced performance in P2P applications.
Nevertheless, such exercise is not exceptional as some other non-local service
provider has already been doing this so as to manage the impact of P2P traffic on their network.

Regretfully, this approach can easily be positioned as unfavourable amongst our subscriber, and
we're truly aware of this. While this is not a popular method
of controlling internet traffic, the fluctuation of the connectivity will be considered as best
effort basis. The problem may surface and appear later depends on the
condition of the NET. The feedback received from your good self is very
significant for us to improve and again, this is actually how the service is
improved wherever DSL technology is offered on the other side of the world.

We hope the above explains in detail about your enquiries. As such, a thorough explaination will
follow after this through our website announcement.
We regret the inconvenience caused and thank you for being our valued customer.


终于要Announce了,如果以上内容我们假设他们已经承认Limit了P2P的话,希望他们来个明确的宣布给广大的顾客们:我们已经Limit了P2P

省下我不少口水来逼他们做Announcement。。

终于了解为什么马来西亚宽频渗透率那么低了。
要求开放宽频市场才是长久之计吧??
总不能让TM霸占了

p2p被限制了....怪不得最近连开webcam video conference 都难啦....悲哀...要limit bt emule也不用这样啊....
看看外国人家都不limit p2p bandwith而是limit download bandwith的啊...

问题是我没有发任何邮件去 tmnet ....
奇怪...

而且我的速度都可以 full 的..

Dear Customers,
We regret to inform you that our e-mail server experienced an unrecoverable error on 30th March 2006.  This disruption, which may have led to some customers losing their e-mails, was a result of a mail server hard disk failure.
Therefore, you may have experienced some problems in receiving and / or sending e-mails from 9:00a.m. until 12:00p.m. today. The system experienced some setbacks, as it dealt with the load and queue of incoming and outgoing e-mails during the disruption period.
TM Net’s technical team has since resolved the problem as of 12:00p.m today.
We thank you for your patience and understanding. Rest assured, TM Net has taken all the necessary steps to minimise similar disruptions in the future.

原来各位不用hack TM,只要每个人写封投诉信,就可以炸爆他们的mail server hard disk.

Sir/Madam, referring to your e-mail, we would like to advise you to proceed with some basic troubleshooting, in order for us to streamline the issue that you are facing currently.

1) Bypass splitter/ micro filter/ fax machine/ lightning protector.

2) Stand alone connection, from wall socket to modem (No parallel line).

3) Flush DNS
        a) For Win 98/ME:-
        - Click Start button, go to run.
        - Type "winipcfg" and then click OK.
        - Select your network card name from the adapter drop-down menu.
        - Click on Release button
        - The IP address should display 0.0.0.0. Then click Renew All
        - Click OK to close the window.

        b) For Win XP/2000
        - Click on Start button, go to run
        - Type "command", click OK
        - Type in "ipconfig /flushdns", then press Enter.
        - Make sure the result is "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver cache".
        - Type "exit" and press Enter to close the window screen.

4) Switch off the modem, unplug/ re-plug all cables, wait for 5 to 10 minutes before
     switching on the modem.

5) Create new dialer and configure DNS
    (Preferred DNS Server: 202.188.0.133 /Alternate DNS Server: 202.188.1.5).

6) Reboot computer and the modem.

7) Do a bandwidth test from our website as follows :
    (http://202.188.95.52:8080/speedometer/)

However, if the result is below 70% of the required speed, please reply us by attaching the result in kbits.

Alternatively, you can contact our Technical Department at 1-300-88-9515 (select option 3 for Technical Assistance) if you need further assistance on the troubleshooting above and if the problem still persists, please provide us the following details for further action.

才一颗硬盘而已,太便宜了
大家继续努力,把server弄到着火,最好整个building都烧了
