The Board of Ajiya wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn. Bhd. and Asia Roofing Industries Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as the “Vendors” or individually as the “Vendor”, as the case may be), have within a period of twelve (12) months, entered into two (2) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) on 24 June 2025 and 4 August 2025 respectively,  for the disposal of two (2) adjoining parcels of vacant industrial land (“Property” or “Properties”, as the case may be) for a total disposal consideration of RM51,944,345.20 only  (“Disposals”).
