如果户口里少过新币1000不会有罚款?

有没有说要开了之后多久开始可以用？上面的有说好像要一星期是真的吗？
你开户口的目的也是为了TT吗?

I can confirm this. you can get a better rate doing T.T. at a branch. about 0.01 higher than board rate. and the minimum is 20K sgd. even if they do allow below 20k it wouldn't make sense. coz there will be a flat S$30 cable fee and 1/8 % commission. yes, these charges apply even if you transfer to a cimb malaysia account. Say, if you just wanna transfer 10k, the charges would be 30 + 12.50 = S$42.50, exceeding the savings u get from exchange rate.
just go to a branch, tell them you wanna talk to a personal banker. don't bother going to counter cos most counter staffs are not aware of this. they'll tell you there's no preferential rate, you gotta follow board rate no matter how much you transfer. once you meet a personal banker, they'll know what to do.
