yes whole project really got few entry point.. but every phase got own guard  ...

我不是什么property investor啦。只是对房产认识一点点吧了。至于你问我哪里值得投资，本身目前最看好的莫非sentul这一块宝地了。如果有钱的话，可以考虑sentul east或sentul west这两项project。价钱肯定会比较贵，因为是YTL的project。

據說承辦TTDI Grove Kajang這一個project的 發展商（Naza TTDI子公司）還沒有拿到permit和licence的哦......... 所以基本上目前他們accept deposit without permit and licence是不合法的。

    I also heard they still haven get d license.. In this case is it secure for those have made booking?
Or any thing we can demand from developer ? Pls advise.. Coz loan is on d way process

剛launch的時候，有去看過，不錯的project，可惜我要找的是landed property而不是condo。

我個人覺得Tiara Park Homes有以下幾個優點 ：
1）價錢合理
2）Low Density（整個project才有300戶）
3）發展商很會善用空間，即使是1200方尺的屋，3+1房，視覺上空間還是很大，最重要是廚房和樓台都很寬闊
4）Security很不錯，因為有6 tiers security
5）地點也算蠻不錯的，如果有駕車的話，還算蠻方便
6）facilities也很吸引

其實我不是很清楚哦，因為我也是聽人說的，就是說目前的license還在申請當中.......... 至於是否安全，應該OK吧，畢竟Naza TTDI也是間出名的developer，所以應該可靠。至於最終決定，還是要看你自己咯。對了，你下定金的時候，發展商有告訴你整個project是由哪一間子公司負責嗎？

    THIS project is under sub company name prestige improvement sdn bhd ...we pay banker cheque to this company..launching tat day is like free ...need to q early morning and show invitation card and banker cheque ..if not can not give number..after now got so many thing still unsure..don know whether is right decision bo..
coz i like landed house also... now stay at condo kepong... i looking for landed house ..kepong landed house crazy price now..any project u can recommand around 500k ? somewhere setapak or kepong area

想八一下，為何你會選擇TTDI Grove呢？Kajang當時應該有好幾項新project，如我買的Nadayu92，或者是Kajang2和Kajang Hill Park。因為我的observation（launch date那一天），TTDI Grove好像比較多馬來同胞認購哦。
