交不出年报 恒宝环球11日停牌

（吉隆坡4日讯）恒宝环球（HBGLOB，5187，主板消费产品股）无法如期呈交2013财年年报，将从下周四（11日）早上9点开始暂停交易。
根据文告，该公司本应在6月底前呈交年报，但却直到7月22日才完成并呈交年度审计财务报告，如今还在准备年报中，未能确定何时能交到股东手中。【南洋网财经】
HBGLOB-SUSPENSION OF TRADING
LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 71446 OF 2014The above Company has failed to submit its annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release within the stipulated timeframe.
In view of the above, the trading of HBGLOB's shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 11 September 2014 until further notice.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(6) of the LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 6 months from the expiry of the relevant timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, de-listing procedures shall be commenced against such listed issuer.
Your attention is drawn to the Company's announcement dated 3 September 2014.

恆寶環球今復牌

（吉隆坡16日訊）恆寶環球（HBGLOB，5187，主要板消費）已呈上2013財年止的年報，將于明日（17日）早上9時復牌。
該公司今日向馬證交所報備，拖欠的年報已張貼至馬證交所官方網站供公眾查閱，基于此獲准在明早恢復交易。
恆寶環球未能在期限內提呈截至去年12月31日報告，上月4日遭馬證交所勒令停牌。該公司停牌前報價為9.5仙。

恒宝环球股东大会 拒授权董事部发股

（吉隆坡10日讯）恒宝环球（HBGLOB，5187，主板消费产品股）股东在上周的股东常年大会上，不赞同授权董事部发股。
恒宝环球向马交所报备，上周五在新山举行的大会上，股东批准大部分议案，但不通过第7项议案。
根据公司年报，第7项议案是授权董事部发行最高相等于缴足资本10%的股票。
公司解释，此举是给公司在筹资方面拥有更多弹性，包括发股，以融资未来更多投资计划、营运资本和收购计划。
虽然私下配股议案被股东拒绝，但三名执行董事依然顺利获连任。
恒宝环球是来自中国山东省的鸭肉与即食食品公司，大股东是恒宝食品控股，握有57.09%股权。
2013财年陷亏
其他大股东为国库控股（Khazanah）持有的Agro Treasures，握有恒宝环球10.43%股权，以及Masterskill教育（MEGB，5166，主板贸服股）大股东西华古玛，持股3.42%。
恒宝环球2013财年开始蒙亏，迄今仍未转亏为盈。
截至今年6月杪，公司净亏报952万令吉，营业额为7725万令吉。
公司今年因无法如期提交审计报告和年报，两度被暂停交易。
该股今天平盘交易，闭市报7仙，年初迄今下滑52%。

（吉隆坡7日讯）冷冻食物公司恒宝环球（HB Global Ltd）股价近日飙升，今日遭大马交易所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询。
休市时，恒宝环球（基本面：1.25；估值：0.9）上涨3.5仙或37%，报13仙，成交量有400万股。
今年来该股暴涨136%，明显超越富时隆综指的3%跌幅。
上周，该股从周一的4.5仙，涨至周五闭市的6仙。
截稿时，也是PN17公司的恒宝环球尚未回应马交所的质询。
该公司的业绩并不理想。截至3月31日首季，净亏从上财年同期的108万令吉，扩大至1166万令吉。
首季营业额也下跌至2203万令吉，同期为3424万令吉。

（吉隆坡5日讯）陷入PN17的恒宝环球（HBGLOB，5187，主板消费产品股），计划通过发行附加股或倒置收购的方式，寻找适合的投资者注入资金或新业务。
这家中国冷冻食品制造公司，并没有对这项注入计划，提出任何详情和内容。
早前，该公司获马交所批准，将呈交重组计划的期限，延长至今年4月30日。

现金不足以还债
恒宝持续经营能力遭质疑
2017年4月30日
（吉隆坡29讯）负债高企，PN17公司恒宝环球（HBGLOB，5187，主板消费产品股）遭审计师质疑持续经营能力。
该公司昨天向交易所报备，外部审计师RT LLP针对2016财年已审计财报，发出“与持续经营能力有关重大不确定因素声明”。
审计师指出，恒宝环球在2016财年净亏2488万5000人民币（约1566万令吉），同时，该集团的流动负债高出流动资产5155万人民币（约3245万令吉）。
财报审计落差16.78%
“若恒宝环球的贷款无法展期，或无法重新融资，该集团可能没有足够的现金来偿还贷款。这会阻碍剩余业务持续经营。”
此外，审计师点出，若该集团无法获得必须的资金来维持营运，可能须调整财报，反映套现的资产价值与目前记录有明显的差别。
该集团也可能需要将非流动资产及负债，重新分类为流动资产及负债。
董事部称，为了解决净流动负债的问题，恒宝环球已在去年7月停止养鸭业务、持续削减成本，以及与银行与供应商协商。
另一方面，董事部也向交易所报备，2016财年财报审计前后出现16.78%落差，从原本净亏2990万1000人民币（约1882万令吉），缩窄至净亏2488万5000人民币（约1566万令吉）。【e南洋】

The audited loss after taxation and minority interest as at 31 December 2016 now stand at RMB24,885,000.
The reconciliation of the difference is set out as following :
