根据文告，地皮和房产位于柔佛，每平方尺的售价约为563.64令吉，脱售收益将用作公司营运资本。

“PR Nnergy主要业务，涉及房产发展和建筑，脱售活动可为力之源贡献营业额。”

（吉隆坡22日讯）力之源（PWROOT，7237，主板消费产品股）斥资479万9776迪拉姆（约488万3000令吉），在迪拜购入住宅产业供当地员工居住。

根据文告，持股77%的力之源MEFZCO公司，向迪拜上市公司Emma产业，购入当地两项住宅产业。

其中，首个产业占地3059平方尺，收购价为269万8888迪拉姆（274万6000令吉）；第二项产业则以210万888迪拉姆（213万7000令吉）购得，共占地2093平方尺。

力之源表示，将会通过内部融资完成交易，主要是供予当地雇员居住，从而省下租金成本，未来也有资本升值潜能。【南洋网财经】

2利好提振出口　PowerRoot或中东设厂

（吉隆坡21日讯）在中东市场对PowerRoot（PWROOT，7237，主板消费股）咖啡產品强烈的需求，以及美元兑令吉匯率走强2大利好因素下，分析员认为，这將提振PowerRoot的出口销量。

鉴于以上正面因素，肯纳格研究分析员给予PowerRoot「短线买进」投资评级及2.58令吉目標价，从而刺激该股週二的股价表现，全天上升12仙，或5.51%，至2.30令吉全天最高价位。

该股全天共有121万9100股易手，显著高於昨日的7万9800股。

肯纳格研究分析员指出，PowerRoot將其咖啡產品，出口至38个国家，其中中东国家佔大多数，佔2015財政年（3月31日结账）总出口量70%。

该分析员补充，该公司的出口销售，在2015財政年占营业额（不包括產业）的39%，而且出口销售4年复合成长为43.9%，从2011財政年的2980万令吉，攀升至2015財政年的1亿2770万令吉。

分析员指出，隨著2015財政年出口销售距离所设定的目標1亿3000万令吉不远，相信该公司將落实在中东设厂的计划。

「中东建厂成本估计是1400万至1500万美元，初始產能为每月8万箱，低于柔佛现有工厂的每月15万箱。我们了解此项计划处初步阶段，但我们相信，这为投资者提供了一个比较长远的展望。」

按PowerRoot持有中东子公司77%股权计算，该公司就设厂项目需要，在未来2年投入约4400万令吉的资本支出。

不影响未来派息

针对扩充项目会否影响该公司未来派息，分析员认为，就算把上述资本支出计算在內，该公司融资现金流（FCF）每年仍企稳在4000万令吉以上，所以相信不会影响未来派息。

因此，他预测，该公司將在2016和2017財政年，分別派发每股10.5仙和11仙股息，或相等于约70%派息率。

按目前股价计算，其週息率將介于4.8%至5%。在过去3年內，PowerRoot派息率介于61.1%至73.5%。

另一方面，分析员称，在过去几年，PowerRoot都会拨出约15至20%的营业额，作为广告行销费用，以拓展新市场或提高市佔率。

该公司2015財政年比往年拨出佔营业额更高比例的22.2%，或7240万令吉，以增强其市场地位，但却未能达到显著的效果。

对此，分析员表示，PowerRoot管理层透露接下来的广告行销费用將正常化，占营业额的15至20%。

根据文告，独资子公司印尼Natbio市场营销（PTNMI），昨日和买方Citra Mulia Karya Pradana签署买卖协议，将位于印尼Garden Shopping Arcade的单位脱售。

Qualifications	Dato' Afifuddin graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business degree.
Working experience and occupation	Dato' Afifuddin joined the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) in 1979 as a Technical Professional Officer in the Industrial Studies Division.He was attached to MIDA Sabah from 1982 - 1985; and from1986 - 1990 he served as the Deputy Director in MIDA London. Later he was attached to the Transport and Machinery Industries Division as a Deputy Director. In 1996 he was promoted as the Director in MIDA Paris and held the post until 2001. He was then transferred to London as the Director in MIDA London for four years before returning to MIDA HQ in early 2005 as the Director of the Electronics Industries Division. At the end of 2005, he was given the task to head the Foreign Investment Promotion Division in MIDA HQ; among others his responsibilities include overall planning, implementation and co-ordination of investment promotion strategies to attract foreign direct investments into Malaysia.In March 2007, he was promoted to the post of Senior Director, Investment Promotion. He was responsible for the overall investment promotion activities particularly in promoting foreign and domestic investments as well as cross border investments. In April 2008, he was promoted to the post of the Deputy Director General II and subsequently to the Deputy Director General I of MIDA in June 2008. He held this position until his retirement on 14 September 2011.
