不是设计啦。 是执行 
就是某公司购买软件，你以你的ＨＲ经验，go for requirement study, ｃｏｎｓｕｌｔ 大家怎样ｉｍｐｒｏｖｅ ｃｕｒｒｅｎｔ ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓ， ｔｒａｉｎ ｕｓｅｒ 怎样用这个ｓｙｓｔｅｍ． |

不是啦！我想说的是，我从事HR的。我都使用了好几个媒体来登广告，招聘人：1.光华日报 2.论坛 3。jobstreet 4.jenjobs 等。那么想请问大家，可否有更好的媒体介绍？主要是聘请华人。需懂华语 |

开始质疑自己到底适不适合这份工作了。
我才刚上班，人际关系还没到达比较复杂的境界。
人际的东西，我几乎都君子之交淡如水... |

1) Meal Allw
2) Car Allw
3) OT Allw
4) Attn Allw
5) Sales Comm
6) Mileage Allw

if NOT WRONG all allowance are subject to EPF and socso.. except Reimb. ( because im doing singapore payroll not malaysia payroll)
Examples of Payments Liable For EPF Contributions:
• Payment in lieu of service/apprenticeship
• Payment of unutilized annual leave and medical leave
• Bonus
• Allowance
• Commission
• Arrears of wages
• Maternity leave pay
• Study leave pay
• Payment for hall pay leave
• Director's salary
• Other payments under a contract of service or otherwise

All renumeration payable in money to an employee is taken into account as wages for the purposes of SOCSO contributions. These include the following payments:
• Salary
• Overtime payments
• Commission
• Payments for leave such as annual, sick and maternity leave, rest day, public holidays
• Allowances such as incentive, good behavior, cost of living (COLA)
• Service Charge |

singaporean come to Malaysia working, what the procedures they need to do ?
as a employer what we need to do, like report to income tax dept, what form we need to fill up ?
and how about their personal tax ? |
