我是黃先生，想問你以下的問題。

婆羅石油（BORNOIL，7036，主板貿服組）是賺錢公司嗎？有甚麼大小工程？大股東是誰？

答：
婆羅石油的主要業務為經營快餐連鎖店，接著為產業管理與經營。截至2012年7月31日止，該公司在石油與天然氣及相關領域的業務是零，即沒有任何的業務活動，實與其公司名不太相符。

資料顯示，在過去逾一年裡，該公司即鮮少作出任何重大宣佈，相當低調。在最新季度業績，該公司仍是虧錢公司。

截至2012年7月31日止第二季，該公司淨虧損為108萬4千令吉，前期為淨虧損94萬7千令吉。每股淨虧損0.6仙。而營業額則增加至796萬5千令吉，前期為572萬3千令吉。

首6個月，淨虧損為156萬2千令吉，前期為淨虧損172萬2千令吉，而首半年營業額則為1千540萬7千令吉，前期為1千零98萬7千令吉。同期為止的每股資產值為95仙。

（吉隆坡12日讯）婆罗洲石油（BornOil，7036，主板贸服股）宣布，Victoria Capital有限公司在4月10日以每股36仙或总值701万令吉，在公开市场将手中1949万6900股售，因而失去大股东地位。

无论如何，每股36仙脱售价与4月10日34.5仙闭市价比较，溢价4.3%。

大马交易所资料显示，Victoria Capital有限公司截至去年11月23日，持有公司11.46%或2282万1600股。

在脱售该批股权后，Victoria Capital有限公司持有婆罗洲石油的股权，将减持至332万股或1.6%。[南洋网财经]
