Thanks for your email. We're terribly sorry for the additional charges. As our payment gateway is not a local provider, it is natural for certain banks to assume the transactions as foreign. While we work with local banks to fully diminish this foreign charges, we also take the responsibility for the extra charges that was incurred in your transactions. Can you kindly share with us your account statement or payment receipt (obtainable from CIMB ) that depicts this extra charges please so I can assist you further.
