昨天和caremeat在permaisuri跑了45分钟。。觉得状态不是很好。。哈哈。。下雨后跑真的觉得跑的不是很爽 |

这种就是 MEMORY HEART RATE MONITOR. 我知道有几种牌子, POLAR , TIMEX , NEW BALANCE 和NIKE.
图片那个人戴着的是POLAR的牌子.
这种手表能通过那个戴在胸口的仪器测量人体的心跳. 通常跑步运动员是用来控制跑步速度, 尤其是跑马拉松.
比如说: 每次训练平均跑1KM的时间是5 分钟. 跑这个速度的时候, 你知道你的心跳是在140-170/分钟 之间. 那么在比赛的时候, 你的手表就调去140-170/分钟. 只要你的心跳在140-170/分钟之间. 你跑1KM的平均速度就是大约5分钟.
如果你跑太慢, 心跳少过140 , 手表的ALARM会响, 意思就是叫你加速跑快一点.
如果跑太快, 心跳多过170, 手表的ALARM也会响, 就是通知你放慢速度.
现在出到最先进的是除了能测量心跳, 还能测量跑的距离和速度. 把一个仪器绑在鞋子上面, 当你训练跑回来, 只要你看你的手表, 你就能知道你跑了多少KM和速度. 还有通常这种运动手表能记忆100LAB以上.
