？！？！？？！怎么那么难讲明白？？？？
我的意思是为什么公司讲赚到钱，股东equity却没有增加公司讲所赚到的钱。这就是问题，为什么公司的钱没有增加。

如果你讲原因是a,b,c,d，那么公司就是因为这些问题所以没有赚到钱。也就是说operating profit都亏给了abcd，那么这种公司有什么用？表面看起来有赚，事实上都亏完了。

另外，先了解operating profit是如何得来的。研究一下accounting method。以前有网友讲过，我忘记在那里了。

一个operating profit有赚但是股东没有赚到钱的，就不算赚钱。

当更多的分析师调降顶级的目标价， 更多手套领欲的负面消息出路后， 就是买进顶级的时候了。没人能买在最低价， 只要买在心目中的合理价就可以了。

我不明白你讲什么。

照我简单的看法，不知对不对。找钱行动。

照income statement, 公司两个季度赚了58million.

照balance sheet,

资产部分
non current assets (不理它先)
current assets 不见了33million

所以我们要打慨找91million
不爽的话就用operating profit before changes in working capital 92million？

负债部分
non current liabilities 减少8million
current liabilities 减少 34million
负债部分总共减少41million+-

还债用了41million, 买库存股用了33million
买机器建厂用了22million

不知对不对？请指正， 我不是account 的底

本来我对顶级还有些期待的说,
可是它的盲目回购让我保留了对它的看法,
拉低成本的念头也暂时搁置了,
对它,我目前的做法就是静观其变而已,
觉得啦,只是觉得而已,
我觉得顶级的做法可以再圆滑一点,
如果真的如年报所说的那么照顾股东,
当股票回购失去了作用的时候,
是不是应该暂时的停止股票回购呢?
甚至以另一种方式回馈股东,
其起的作用更加好呢?

以现在的市价，这笔交易已经亏了不少过1000万，未来日子可能还有亏更多。这些就是不负责任的管理层。

Dato's Dr Lim, Wee-Chai, aged 47, a Malaysian citizen, is the Executive Chairman and founder of Top Glove Group of Companies. The Group was established in 1991 and was listed in Bursa Malaysia (KLSE) on 27 March 2001.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Physics in 1982 from University Malaya and a Master of Business Administration in 1985 from Sul Ross State University in Texas, USA. He also earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Irish International University, London in 2001 and later was awarded with the Fellow Membership of the Business Management Association, UK in September 2001.

Dato' Dr Lim brings a wealth of experience in the marketing of consumers products whilst he was the Sales Manager of a subsidiary company of OYL Industries Bhd., a company listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd. In 1991, he set up Top Glove Sdn Bhd, his own glove manufacturing and trading business with only one factory and has expanded this business to eleven (11) glove factories as at August 2005. He has more than 20 years of experience in the rubber and latex manufacturing business.

He served as the President (1997 to 1999) of the Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers' Association (MARGMA), prior to this; he was also the Vice-President, Treasurer, Honorary Secretary for the past seven (7) years in this association. In 1998 and 1999, he was the Director of the Association of Malaysia Medical Industries (AMMI). In 1998 and 1999 he was the Board member of the Malaysia Rubber Board.

In December 4th, 2004, Dato's Dr Lim, Wee-Chai was named and awarded the highly prestigious accolade, Master Entrepreneur of The Year 2004, by Ernst and Young. This award was presented by Prime Minister of Malaysia, Y.A.B. Dato' Seri Abdullah bin Hj. Ahmad Badawi. With this award, Dato' Dr Lim represented Malaysia in Monte Carlo, Monaco for the World Entrepreneur of The Year on 28th May 2005.

At the Corporate level, under the leadership and guidance of Dato's Dr Lim, on 26th February 2004, Bursa Malaysia awarded Top Glove the KLSE Main Board Corporate Merit Award 2003 in the Industrial Product sector.

In month of May 2005, Top Glove was awarded Finance Asia’s Annual Regional Best Managed Companies 2005 (in the Small Cap Company category with market capitalization of up to USD 1 billion which is applicable to about 960 listed companies out of the approximately 1000 companies that are listed on Bursa Malaysia). The results were based on the regional investor poll, which consists of large regional institutional investors and boutique fund managers.

Recently, in August 2005, Top Glove was awarded the 2004 KPMG Shareholder Value Awards under the Industrial Markets category, this award was given to companies listed in Bursa Malaysia according to the value they created for their shareholders for the financial year ending 2004.

Dato's Dr Lim, Wee-Chai is married to Datin Tong Siew Bee, a co-founder of the Top Glove and they have two children.

哦，topglove开始有大户在帮忙筑底喔，有谁人跟进吗？好像来到低点了喔，呵呵。

不过我是一股也不会买进的，有兴趣的朋友要留意啦。

PETALING JAYA: Top Glove Corp Bhd will allocate RM100mil in capital expenditure this year, focusing on expanding production in Malaysia and new acquisitions.

Executive director Lim Cheong Guan said the group would increase production in Malaysia via the setting up of Factory 20 in Klang instead of improving production at its overseas factories in Thailand and China.

“We believe that Top Glove can be more efficient by improving quality and controlling cost at its domestic operations, given the depreciation of the US dollar, escalating price of raw materials and higher labour cost in China.

“It is a very competitive market (in the glove sector) and Top Glove is lucky it's able to pass the increasing cost to its large customer base,” Lim told StarBiz.

To protect from the fluctuation of the US dollar, he said: “We will start to price our gloves in euro for our European customers and gradually implement it in other markets.”

Lim also said the price of latex – the main raw material – for glove manufacturing rose to RM5.80 per kg currently from RM4 per kg last year.

“The price hike in latex resulted in the price of rubber gloves being revised by 2% to 3% every two to three weeks this year from one or two price increases per year previously,” he said.

For powdered rubber gloves, the current price is about US$22 per 1,000 pieces compared with US$19 last year.

On another note, Lim said the group was open to new acquisitions, particularly those inefficient glove makers with low volumes which had problems coping with higher operational costs.

Meanwhile, analysts are maintaining a “buy” call on Top Glove with a 12-month target price of RM6.40 to RM6.50 per share.

ECMLibra Investment Bank said Top Glove's move to price its products in euro for European customers would alleviate the US dollar depreciation to the group's revenue. “However, we take a cautious view on the implementation as we are unsure of the reaction from its customers,” it said.

OSK Investment Research expects Top Glove to maintain the same growth pace in the next quarter.

“The group managed to achieve our profit target despite obstacles such as the appreciation of ringgit against the US dollar and fluctuations in the latex price,” the brokerage said, adding that the stock had an upside potential of 63%.

Top Glove closed 2 sen lower at RM3.96 yesterday.

也有可能，但是最近可以在低价得到扶持，证明有人出手。价格慢慢变成稳定也是好的开始。当然我不会买是因为价钱依然贵，而且我认为最坏还没有过去。但是我的认为也不一定正确。
如果依照技术分析来看，价钱可能在短期内不会大幅下跌，除非出现新的坏因素。

这股如果恢复元气的话，可以轻易回到五块钱水平。

偶大概的看过它的蜡烛图。
跌破五块钱之后好像free fall，完全没有停下来。
故此，我认为在这段price range里面，持票人不多。

mahsing之前也有这种问题，同一个左手转右手，之后股价也开始升了不少。不过最后依然跌回下去，这就是事实的力量。

不过，很多人认为topglve来到了低价，所以可以乘低买进一点。因为有可能短期内会反弹，长期则不定。

当然我以价值投资的观点来看我不会现在买，我会等，买不到就算，我还有很多选择。

这股自从bonus 2 for 5 之后就一直保持着negative gradient 乐。。。。
差不多1年多了。。。
