生意兄，真的是好文章，可以帮你自己加分吗？
可是，你实在不愿意接受Topglove 不是大池塘的事实。
我认为， 它是小池塘（股本小的好公司），那是几年前的事情。
所以，那时买进的人，就尝试了惊惊涨的滋味。
Topglove 涨满了，现在是水流出来的时候了。
为什么我认为它的水流出来？
水，我认为是公司的现金流。
Topglove 为了维持池塘的水量，就必须不断地流水出去（用钱扩张）。试想一想，流出去的水和流进来的水一样， 会提升池塘的水量吗？
可以期望水量增加的机会，只是外围的因素，例如几时下雨。
原料成本下降，或牛市的好情绪等，绝对不是源自于Topglove 的生意优势。

Top Glove Q2 net jumps 16pc on higher sales

TOP Glove Corp Bhd, the world's biggest manufacturer of rubber gloves, said its second quarter net profit increased 16 per cent, driven by better sales.
Net profit for the three-month period ended February 29 2008 was RM29.5 million.
The glove manufacturer is upbeat about fiscal year 2008 as it increases its production capacity via technology innovation and construction of new glove production lines.
Top Glove will also depend on the marketing of more profitable glove products and further expand its market share.
It currently has 19 factories, 338 production lines with capacity of 29.7 billion pieces of gloves per annum and exports to more than 180 countries worldwide.
For the quarter ended February 29 2008, revenue increased by three per cent to RM320.8 million from RM311.4 million in the previous corresponding quarter.
"Due to the appreciation of the ringgit against the US dollar between the quarter ended February 29 2008 and the quarter ended February 28 2007, sales of gloves in US dollar value increased by 15 per cent against eight per cent in ringgit value," it told Bursa Malaysia.
It said the reduction in sales of latex in the current quarter was mainly due to higher internal consumption compared with higher external sales for the quarter ended February 28 2007.
Top Glove also attributed higher earnings to its China operation.

Affin cuts target price on Top Glove
Published: 2008/04/04
AFFIN Investment Bank cut its target price on Malaysian rubber glove maker TopGlove Corp to RM3.92 per share, citing an unfavourable operating environment for the company and the prospect of moderating growth.
Shares of the stock last traded at RM3.98.
Top Glove has reported that its second quarter net profit increased 16 per cent to RM29.5 million, driven by better sales.

我无意为Top Glove讲好话，也没鼓励大家买Top Glove，只是分享我的看法。。。
第一季度的净利是RM29.787 million，Top Glove花了RM19.067million，回购3.14 million股 (平均价RM6.28)。
第二季度的净利是RM29.48 million，Top Glove花了RM14.314 million，回购2.5 million股 (平均价RM5.70)。
这么说，Top Glove已经花了RM33.38 million，回购5.64 million股。
看起来，公司内部应该没什么问题 (公司积极回购)，问题出在市场已经不认为Top Glove是成长股，粉丝离她而去，另外就是行业艰难（人造胶手套对天然胶手套的威胁，美元币值，latex涨价。。。）。
继续观察Top Glove。。。 |

Top Glove的Annualized净利是RM116.312 million，Top Glove的asset是RM1017.034 million, Equity是642.018 million，所以ROA是11.4%,ROE是18％,很不错的成绩。
ROA是11.4%，应该超过cost of capital。 |

哈哈哈，买股票亏了那么多都不敢讲出来，报喜不报忧，坏管理层
烂用公司资金。
所以1qtr ,Total Equity and Liabilities: 1,027,902
Total Equity 645,867
Total Liabilities 382,035
所以2qtr ,Total Equity and Liabilities: 1,017,034
Total Equity 642,018
Total Liabilities 375,016
加减法之后才增加4百万？！？！？公司赚的3千万那里去了？？？
赚钱了，不过资产却减少了，哈哈哈哈，为什么呢？没有人问的，因为大家都是报喜不报忧，做错了就静静，做对的就大事宣扬。超级烂管理层 |
