Dear OCBC,
I write with reference to my recent application for the credit based
facility, OCBC Titanium Mastercard, provided by you, and your
subsequent refusal of the facility. Whilst I appreciate your specific
criteria for the product itself, I would like to appeal your decision
because i can provide you the information or documents that may make
you reconsider.
My monthly salary is SGDxxxxx, if one to one conversion, it would be
RMxxxxx and fulfill the minimum annual income criteria of your credit
card (minimum annual income of RM36000). I have been working in the
current xxxxxx (xxxxxxxx)
since 2007. The nature of my work is xxxxxx while my
xxxxx is xxxxxxx. My records for my car loan and house
loan can be obtained from Bank Negara Malaysia (CCRIS). The records
show my punctuality in paying back the hire purchase and the mortgage.
As you may also notice from the records, I am also never fail in
paying back the credit card bills (and always clear the bills before
payment due date). I trust my appeal will be looked at more favourable
way than my original application.
Together with this email, I attached the documents: last year income
tax notice of accessment, CPF statements (online and hardcopy
statements), bank transaction history statements (online and hardcopy
statements; for the credits of my salary from my institute and the
giro payment for my income tax bill), income tax giro payment
statement as well as my latest 6 months salary payslips. Should you
require any clarification from me or require sight of additional
documentation (for example lastest CCRIS report); which will assist in
you reversing the original decision and allow me the facility applied
for, please feel free to let me know. I'm only a phone call away
(xxxxxx from monday to friday and xxxxxx for the weekends).
You may also contact me via the current email address.
In the meantime, I look forward to your response, hopefully with
better news than last time, and to a future working relationship as my
main credit card provider. If, in the meantime you require any
additional info please get back to me.
