在利物浦三年半过的郁郁寡欢的巴贝尔终于离队，而荷兰人转会霍芬海姆也被看做红军清洗队中“废柴”进行重建的开始，只不过红军违反巴贝尔的意愿把他送到德甲可能会影响向阿贾克斯求购乌拉圭射手苏亚雷斯。

昨天利物浦和霍芬海姆已经达成转会协议，巴贝尔也已经飞往德国洽谈个人合同并接受体检，但其实荷兰人心里面想的还是重返老东家阿贾克斯，红军把他卖到德甲实际上违反了球员的个人意愿。
在霍芬海姆突然报价之前，英国媒体一直认为巴贝尔回阿贾克斯的希望很大，因为利物浦正在求购该队的乌拉圭射手苏亚雷斯，双方可能的交易方案是阿贾克斯先租借巴贝尔半个赛季，然后在夏天完成收购，转会费则可以折价到苏亚雷斯的转会费里面。但现在手头紧张的利物浦更倾向于能够立刻拿到现金，因此当霍芬海姆提出580万英镑（约合700万欧元）的转会费之后，红军立刻应允，而这无疑让希望巴贝尔加盟的德波尔失望。
利物浦之所以希望尽可能现金交易，也是为了在冬季筹钱买人，虽然苏亚雷斯之前已经宣称愿意到安菲尔德踢球，但阿贾克斯主帅弗兰克-德波尔强调“只有在一份惊人的报价面前才会出售苏亚雷斯”，而红军的心理价位是在2000万镑以下。
此外利物浦还有可能需要面对热刺的竞争，《卫报》已经披露老雷德克纳普也在转会市场上给锋线换血，在打算清洗基恩等人的同时，老雷的目光也盯在了苏亚雷斯身上，热刺希望能在苏亚雷斯和巴西前锋法比亚诺中二选一找到一个新中锋，而法比亚诺因为所有权的问题复杂，可操作性不强，因此他们可能全力和利物浦竞价苏亚雷斯。 |

关于红军的引援目标，出现了新的消息...据报道，利物浦已经向安德莱赫特报价求购卢卡库。
此前安德莱赫特主席宣布，他希望这位比利时未来巨星转会前往英格兰。
利物浦最初提出的报价总价值达2300万欧元，其中包含卢卡库的俱乐部、国家队出场条款要求。现在据最新消息，比利时冠军安德莱赫特希望得到2500万英镑左右的转会费。
卢卡库是欧洲转会市场炙手可热的新星，他被认为是下一个德罗巴，获得了包括皇马、切尔西等一批大牌俱乐部的追求。

Negredo back-up if Suarez bid fails
利物浦好像想放弃suarez了
Liverpool are ready to intensify their pursuit of Luis Suárez, the Uruguay forward, but Ajax's £20 million valuation has led the Merseyside club to approach Seville about Álvaro Negredo as a fall-back option.
Kenny Dalglish and Damien Comolli, the club's director of football strategy, have identified Suárez as their leading target for the January transfer window, but Ajax have so far proved tough negotiators.
The Dutch club have adopted a more realistic stance since placing a prohibitive £35 million valuation on Suárez when he scored three goals in last summer's World Cup finals, but Liverpool have so far been frustrated in their attempts to strike a deal.
Although Suárez, 23, is the first-choice target identified by Dalglish and Comolli, their interest in Negredo is also strong. The 25-year-old was previously a target for Rafael Benítez during his spell in charge of Liverpool, but the Spain forward's form for Seville this season - added to concerns about the cost of a deal for Suárez - has revived interest at Anfield, leading Comolli to instigate firm inquiries about his availability.
Liverpool's owner, Fenway Sports Group, is cautious about overspending in the transfer market, having been alarmed to discover the excesses of previous regimes. But despite the inevitability of missing out on Champions League revenue next season as they continue to languish in the bottom half of the Barclays Premier League, they have resolved to invest in the squad this month to commence a long-term rebuilding programme.
Other targets include Stephen Warnock, the former Liverpool left back, whom Aston Villa have indicated a willingness to offload - perhaps initially on loan - once they find a replacement. Ashley Young, his Villa team-mate, is a more distant target who is likely to attract interest from several leading clubs at the end of the season, while Dalglish, the manager, would also like to strengthen his central defensive options.
Identifying a crop of younger players is another priority for Comolli but it remains to be seen, given their more immediate needs, whether they will be able to rival Arsenal, Fulham, Manchester City, Manchester United and others in the pursuit of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the muchcoveted 17-year-old Southampton winger.
Liverpool hope to raise funds and reduce their wage bill by offloading out-of-favour players such as Ryan Babel and Milan Jovanovic, the Serbia forward who has made no impression since arriving on a free transfer from Standard Liège.
The club announced yesterday that they had accepted an offer from Hoffenheim for Babel but while the German club's bid, believed to be in the region of £6 million, is so far the most acceptable to Liverpool, it remains to be seen if the Holland forward will agree to the move, with Ajax and Juventus interested in taking him on loan.
Jovanovic's name has been circulated around Europe as Liverpool look to sell him, but they may end up having to cover a significant portion of his wages, believed to be in excess of £70,000 a week.
Christian Poulsen is another signing who is already surplus to requirements, while Paul Konchesky would be allowed to leave were it not for the fact that, having played for Fulham this season before his move to Anfield in August, he is not eligible to play for another club until next term.
Dalglish has yet to taste victory in his first three matches since replacing Roy Hodgson, but Steven Gerrard, the captain, said yesterday that he hoped the Scot would remain in the position beyond the end of the season.
"I want to do everything in my power to ensure that he stays here for a long time, beyond the initial six months," he said. "I would love nothing better when the end of the season comes than for us to be on the back of a good run of results that ensures he gets the job full time." |

Reds favourites to sign Suarez?
Speculation linking the Reds with a move for striker Luis Suarez continues to grow.
TODAYonline says Liverpool are in pole position to capture the Uruguayan's signature (link here), with Ajax coach Frank de Boer declaring him ready "for a new challenge at a really big club."
Eat Sleep Sport claims Dalglish sees Suarez as the perfect foil for Fernando Torres but quotes an Ajax spokesman as saying "only obscene offers would be enough" to pry the forward away from Amsterdam (link here).
