昨晚，email一直收到forgot password, 然后还有说是有人从不同的地方login,叫我马上换密码，当我要换时，已经太晚了~

forward 回那些你购买游戏后在 email 的消息单据给 steam 当证据吧。

其实直接把整个Steam App的文件收起来就可以了
我上次HDD不够容量, 买个新的1TB, Install新的Steam在新的HDD里
然后Log in自己的户口Library看是不是全部游戏都标着没有Install
然后Log Out Steam再把整个Steam App的文件
丢进去下载好的Steam / Common / Steam App
然后Yes to All 弄好后就Log In然后去Library 按mouse 2然后找Upadate(和下载同一行)
用几分钟就能把全部游戏弄好了
但有个坏处就是Desktop的游戏Icon会不见罢了

在steam买的游戏好像只有一个~其它像COD MW2，L4D和其他的游戏都是盒装的(so email 里面 没有消息单据...)

如何取回被盗的steam账号
Submit a Ticket to Steam Support

Immediately Contact Steam Support about the lost account

• Steam account name for hijacked account
• The original contact e-mail for the account
• Select “Account Questions” as the category and “Hijacked or Stolen Account” as the subcategory.

其实现在你的account是什么status？suspended/deactivated？

那个email确定是steam发过来的吗？不是什么phishing网址吧？


如果有人要用不同电脑login，steam guard给的email应该是一组密码嘛，而不是叫你换account密码

那個就是有人在別的IP address 登入你的account
可是你有steam guard

沒有steam guard的密碼，別人是無法login你的帳號
如果他可以login，證明他可以得到steam guard的密碼
所以你的email也被hack了

1）你现在能够login到steam吗？
2）你的email有没有被hack？


如果你能login，email户口也没事，那不用担心的。像平常一样去换新的password就好。


记得，steam和email不要放一样的password，然后要自动forward email去另外一个email户口。.

其实也没很急，因为都蛮久没玩steam的游戏了，只是被盗了，还是拿回来会比较好~1）你现在能够login到steam吗？
不能
2）你的email有没有被hack？
有被hack,不过拿回来也换过密码了。
其实之前的密码也不一样，不懂为什么同时被hack-_-''
现在有email也拿不回来，因为他加了security question
