這種服務素質, 比TM差太多了...
這是甚麼狀況?解決不了就CLOSE CASE等他們SOLVE?連一個詳細日期都沒有, 已經1個星期了, 沒有回應...我已經快一個月用10~15KBS的速度了...

如果firefox出现卡的现象，请clear cache . 可以解决大部分问题。如果再不能解决就没办法了.新的firefox一直给我这样的问题.

他们有人在解决着你的问题，他们有打电话给你吗？他们开的case和现在你投诉的一样? 信上是写，他们会暂时close掉你这个case ,再开多一个case. 明白?

请问如果买了prepaid package，有usb modem了，然后我再apply home plan。

我的usb modem能不能share home plan的quota？就好象现在的 add－on plan， http://www.p1.com.my/wimax/superbroadband.aspx
能不能避免每月多付RM20？

我答应加入了add－on plan~~~~usb modem 怎样得到！！？？
我查看户口有了~~但是没有modem wow！！？？
