没办法只可以等下个月了

(thanks for the contact)..for ur info i summit my loan to cimb, uob, sc and public bank...

Armanee is already completed project, why the bank is worry about developer and condo issues? They should evaluate BUYER financial background because end of the day is buyer going to pay the housing installment not developer.
In the worst case, they think the LELONG unit is due to developer not buyer problem? :@ |

If the developer went into liquidation, then all owners will have problem in getting the strata titles. In the event if a house buyer unit need to be auction off, is hard to get a good price as lack of strata title will deter banks to lend to prospective bidder.  |

等了一个月多，Pang 终于今天开工了。Management会比较严格，必需做好renovation permit，不然不给 contractor 进去。今早弄到十点多，Mustapha 才批准 permit. 真麻烦!
Ong 的 permit 好象也expired 了.. |

When I applied OCBC loan, the officer did tell me that MKLAND is under OCBC blacklist. I guess the banks are concerned on those "in development" units, as MKLAND has bad reputation delaying the completion date. Armanee is a completed unit, so shouldn't have problem getting loan. |
