昨天傍晚六点多，上网一半突然断线，过后就不能连接上网了，一番检查后，原来是电话线断了。。。  |

我朋友去问也是说taman的不可以申请。。。:@
但靠经城市的还有多少个人不是住taman。。。？？
收入少过3千的也可以住排屋嘛。。。。（不到50千的廉价排屋）。。。 |

| UPGRADING OF TM CORE NETWORK
|
|
Dear Valued Customers,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform our customers that we will be migrating our network infrastructure to a new platform. Rest assured that this network enhancement exercise will enable us to improve our network performance and lift up the overall customer experience.
The migration exercise will take place in Klang Valley and Selangor on 27 and 28 July 2010 between 12.00 am until 6.00 am.
As a result, customers using TM’s Homeline, Internet, Data and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV or HyppTV) services in Klang Valley and Selangor may experience minor service interruptions during the stipulated period.
Details of the affected services are as detailed below:
SERVICES | POSSIBLE DISRUPTIONS | Telephony - Homeline, Home Prepaid and iTalk | Unable to make telephone calls or experience call disconnection
| Internet – Streamyx, UniFi and TM Direct | Difficulties browsing or face intermittent connection to International and Domestic websites
| Data - Internet Protocol over Metro-e (IPME) | Service degradation
| IPTV - HyppTV and Video on Demand (VoD) | Channel lost and content may not be available for viewing

As a result, Streamyx customers in the Klang Valley may experience minor service interruptions such as difficulties browsing or face intermittent connection to International and Domestic websites during the upgrading exercise. TM would like to thank you for your patience during this upgrading period. We would also like to assure you that the services would resume to normal after the stipulated period.

Dear Valued Customers,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform our UniFi customers that we will be upgrading our existing High Speed Broadband (HSBB) network to a new platform to facilitate ongoing improvements of our network performance and service quality.
The migration exercise will take place at Bangsar on Thursday, 29 July 2010 between 12.00 am until 6.00 am.
Therefore, all our HSBB triple play services such as High Speed Internet, Video and Voice over Internet Protocol nationwide may experience minor service interruptions during the stipulated period. We would like to assure our customers that the services would resume to normal after the migration period.
TM would like to thank you for your patience during our migration period and we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our network to enable us to provide you with the best network and services. |

上個月投訴skmm後，TM就一直打電話來給我。
說了一大堆將會進行什麼計劃來提升我這裡的速度，說還在計劃中
但我的速度現在依然很慢，卻每個月都要給那麼一筆錢出去。
