听SA说, tambun indah 应该会在pearl city有一间permanent office...

taman 的名字。。

怎么好像怪怪的,好像翻译不对,pearl garden 怎么是villa,pearl villas就加多一个indah,那以后pearl indah呢?应该是mutiara indah, 少了villa的字吧。

有一个office在pearl city也是对的决定,我看tambun indah需要多十年到二十年才能全部发展完那些空地。

268 k是soft launch 的价钱?设计如何?跟pearl garden 一样吗?

pearl indah, 好像是20*70, 不太确定。。。他的设计比较象villa

照逻辑来看,

pearl garden = villa mutiara
pearl villa = villa mutiara indah
pearl indah = villa mutiara indah permai
pearl permai = villa mutiara indah permai utama
pearl utama = villa mutiara indah permai utama residense

照逻辑来看,

   mutiara = pearl 来得嘛。。。
   酱才不会“离题“嘛。。    容易认,容易记, 最要紧的是‘搞大’整个区域!!

   例如alma tesco area 的 taman IMPIAN, IMPIAN indah, desa IMPIAN, taman seri IMPIAN 到最后的 IMPIANan hub commercial 等等。。

New township geared for middle and high income group

THE Pearl City new township project in Simpang Ampat is the pride of Tambun Indah Land Bhd, boasting of a mixed development that would cater to the future needs of the population in mainland Penang.

The project consists of Pearl Garden, with 152 double-storey terrace units and 164 semi-detached double-storey units, and Pearl Villas with 19 bungalows catering to the middle and high income group.

Tambun Indah executive director Teh Theng Theng said the project is expected to be completed in 2013.

She said there is a growing demand for the project, which is located in south Seberang Prai, as the second Penang Bridge linking Batu Kawan on the mainland and Batu Maung on the island would also be completed around the same time.

She added that the project would have 24-hour security, CCTV, exclusive clubhouse and swimming pool.

Their two other projects are Tanjung Heights, a 12-storey condominium in Jalan Raja Uda, and the Capri Park 15-storey luxury condominium project located in Jalan Heng Choon Thian in the heart of Butterworth town.

The 142 units would be built with a semi-detach concept of four bedrooms with a built-up area of between 444.6sq m and 513sq m.

The property will be showcased at The Star’s Property Fair 2011. Touted as Penang’s premier property expo, the fair’s ninth edition will be held at Gurney Plaza and the adjoining G Hotel from July 21 to 24.

To date, 28 major developers — representing almost all the big boys in the industry — along with several financial institutions, have taken up booths in the fair.

The key exhibitors include IJM Land, Sunway Grand, Vienna Home (Mah Sing), Ideal Property Development, SP Setia Group, Taman Sri Setia (Boon Siew Group), Ivory Properties Group, Nusmetro, MTT Properties & Development, Reka Indah Development, Lembaman Development (Belleview Group), DNP Land, GD Development, Lone Pine Group and Tambun Indah Development.

不知pearl garden 前面和左边的空地会建些什么呢?
那边也是发展商的吗?
还有, 那个圈圈不知会有什么购物中心呢。如果是Jusco 就好了。

想知道是不是tambun indah的地,请看#1382的图。Pearl garden的右边(东南方)应该是pearl residence bungalow。左边文明小学旁就不清楚。

希望这里发展起来后,养鸡场主人们会趁高价卖地搬走。

大家好, 我买pearl villas。昨天我也去了那边,可是苍蝇多到我不敢想象 ,有些还在我面前搞着(繁殖着下一代) ,好担心以后还会不会那样多。鸡场不会搬走吗?不然以后住了连开门都不行。 我在pearl villas还嗅不到有鸡粪味,但我去看了pearl garden泳池时,阵阵风吹来都是有臭味的。

大家可以想想办法吗??pearl garden能拿到OC先,能不能要求发展商重视一下这个问题。

大约一个月前我到Pearl Garden看时,发现到工人正在拿掉DST show house前面马路的红砖。到底是要铺新的红砖还是沥青呢?有没有人可以确定一下?

Tambun Indah 不久前跟 Mutiara Goodyear 买了 500多 acres 的地,但不包括养鸡场的地。

养鸡场的地主(很多个)好像没意愿卖哦。他们如果不卖,发展商也没办法。所以我们要做好心理准备........

Developer sees positive financial contributions from projects

PROPERTY developer Tambun Indah Land Berhad is anticipating at least 15% revenue growth this year from RM128mil recorded last year.

Its managing director Teh Kiak Seng said the company currently has six ongoing projects with total gross development value (GDV) of RM500mil.

“We will launch three more pro-jects at the end of the year, namely the BM Residence in Bukit Merta-jam, Capri Park in Butterworth and Kelisa Residence in Seberang Jaya with total GDV of RM110mil.

“We will have another project in Jelutong with three blocks of apartments and a block of office podium with GDV of RM200mil. Hopefully it can be launched by early next year,” he said after the company’s annual general meet- ing at Eastin Hotel in Penang last Friday.

The company’s ongoing projects include the Pearl Garden and Pearl Villas, Juru Heights, Carissa Park, Impian Residence, Dahlia Park and Tanjung Heights.

Teh said the company was also planning to develop an area called Pearl City consisting of over 445.15ha in Simpang Ampat.

“It will take a minimum of eight years to develop the place with GDV surpassing RM3bil.

“A business park will be sur-rounded by residential areas there and we are negotiating with hypermarkets, colleges and hospitals now. Hopefully, we can get one of them to come in.” Teh said.

He said more people from Penang island were favouring properties on the mainland.

“Last year we had about 10% purchasers from the island while this year, 35% of our purchasers are from the island.

“Properties over at the mainland are comparatively cheaper with a terrace house selling at about RM300,000,” he said.
