Remarks :

The Board of Directors has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 31 May. The next audited financial statements of the Company shall be for a period of seventeen (17) months from 1 January 2019 to 31 May 2020. Thereafter, the financial year end shall be 31 May for each subsequent year. The change is to capture the impact of the expected increase in operations from Malaysia following the recent launched in August 2019 of the Lamboplace e-commerce platform.
