（吉隆坡26日讯）种植公司常成控股（JTIASA，4383，主板工业产品股）宣布，独资子公司Multi Greenview有限公司，收购常青油棕（RSAWIT，5113，主板种植股）的9.87%股权，总值7000万令吉。

文告指出，常成控股以每股50仙，收购常青油棕的1亿4000万股，其中1亿股向Pemandangan Jauh种植有限公司买入，而剩余的是从张道赏控股有限公司收购。
