证监会：微领若违例必对付

（吉隆坡31日讯）证券监督委员会强调，若微领科技（MQTECH,0070,创业板工业产品组）违反任何证券条例，将毫不犹豫采取行动。

证监会向《马新社》回函表示，目前正在监看各种事项以追查微领科技是否涉及局内交易，如果该公司违反任何证券条例，将毫不犹豫对付相关人士。

《马新社》是针对微领科技两名大股东近期不停脱售该公司股票和凭单，导致该公司股价直线下挫，而向证监会询问。

12月10日，媒体报道微领科技有意进军柬埔寨赌业，刺激了该公司股价上扬。

该公司12月13日召开发布会，公布已经和金界控股（NagaCorp）洽谈赌场发展计划，因为后者拥有柬埔寨首都金边方圆200公里赌场独家经营权。隔天，该公司却向大马交易所发文告澄清，并没有和金界控股有任何协议。

值得留意的是，在发布会隔天该公司的执行董事兼大股东郑金发宣布辞职。

为了筹措游乐园发展资金，该公司在11月8日建议以1配3比例发行附加股，并送2凭单，共发售4亿1847万零537新股和2亿7898万零358免费凭单。

根据交易所资料，郑金发透过该公司附加股计划在11月22日买进了9322万股，约免费获得6214万张凭单。

另外一位大股东吴文顺（译音）也在11月28日公布了透过附加股计划购进8725万股，免费获得约5816万凭单。

在接着短短一个月内，这两名大股东几乎出清了他们的手上的股权，导致该公司股价下挫近60%。两名大股东脱售股权的时间，与公司企业消息传出时间的吻合，十分引人关注。

黄健鸿任微领执行董事

（吉隆坡12日讯）多元化至休闲业务的微领科技（MQTECH，0070，创业板），再次宣布董事部人事变动，该公司委任云顶香港前任高层黄健鸿（译音）为执行董事，并从本周三（11日）开始生效。

同时，微领科技也宣布，执行董事林顺兴（译音）因为其他事务而辞职，也是在本周三开始生效。

自去年11月底以来，他是第三位辞职的执行董事。

微领科技向马交所报备，今年46岁的黄健鸿，在博彩和酒店业拥有超过15年的经验，并曾在云顶香港担任多个高层要职。

此外，他在金融、营运管制、营业额管理、审计和建设新赌场方面，也有丰富经验。

他在2000年加入云顶香港之前，曾分别在一家审计和制造业公司工作。

去年底，微领科技通过与柬埔寨度假村及娱乐有限公司（CRE）联营，进军柬埔寨。

同时，也与NagaCorp有限公司洽谈，计划在柬埔寨的新综合度假村与娱乐项目中，兴建一个赌场。【e南洋】

傅文耀．计划又延迟？

微领科技（MQTECH，0070，创业板工业产品组）之前信心十足说要进军的柬埔寨赌场和度假村计划，似乎不是那么“顺利”。

上周二，该公司表示与柬埔寨度假和娱乐公司的合作备忘录，在今年4月12日到期后，再延长60天。

在这项合作协议初签署时候，就发生了数宗令投资者感到疑虑的事件。首先，该公司两位大股东郑金发和吴文顺（译音）在进军柬埔消息公布不久，就开始抛售公司股票和凭单，导致股价直线下滑。

在本地媒体积极向证监会寻求相关回应后，证监会给予的“标准答案”是，若调查后发现涉及不法，将会对付有关人士。

对比当时宣布进军柬埔寨后股价的12.5仙高点，截至上周五，股价跌幅已超过一半，共下挫56%或7仙至5.5仙。

再者，该赌场及度假村项目一开始就面对很大难题，那就是香港上市公司金界控股（Nagacorp）获得金边方圆的200公里赌场度假经营权，微领科技打算发展的赌场度假村就落在该范围内。

不过，当时在记者会上，微领科技董事刚上任的董事罗比表示，将会尝试和金界控股洽谈，但在第二天又发文告表示，没有就赌场独家经营事宜和金界控股达成任何协议。

试想想，若你成功垄断了一门肯定赚钱生意，还会轻易和别人分享吗？

这不是微领科技第一次拓展新业务面对难题，上次是其独资子公司Microlead精密科技和READ公司签署的合作协议告吹，原本微领科技打算和该公司合作进行化学抛光业务。

另外，该公司除业务表现不稳定，近期公司高层人事变动也非常频密。

该公司前大股东郑金发已在去年12月辞职，再来是有两位新执行董事入驻，分别是罗比和今年新加入的香港云顶前董事黄建鸿，而最引人关注的，莫过于罗比正好是商业钜子丹斯里阿南达克里斯南的侄子。

该公司新董事的背景十分特殊，但这是否代表公司业务会有转机则难以判断。投资者宜静观其变，口说无凭，除非管理层真的交出一份亮丽业绩报告，不然您选择入场，事成回酬固然高，事不成风险更高。
