请注意

i. Registration - collect your bib numbers by 5.15am.
ii. Assembling your team by 5.45am. so that we could flagged off at 6.00am
iii. The bus which will be transporting the 2nd runners & 3rd runners must leave by  
5.50am so that it will reach the first change over at MTC before we can start at 6.00am
Remember : If we start early, we can finish early.

Other Info.
   i. Bus -  6     - Bus A  will transport - 2nd & 3rd runners    --  collect 1st and 2nd runners after the last 2nd runner
                                                                                            at the 3rd change over has passed the baton
                        Bus B  will transport - 4th & 5th runners     --  same goes this bus the 4th runner at the
                                                                                            5th change over has passed the baton
                        Bus C  will transport - 6th & 7th runners     --  same Last 6th runner
                        Bus D  will transport - 8th & 9th runners    --   same Last 8th runner
                        Bus E  will transport - 10th & 11th runners  --  same Last 10th runner
                        Bus F  will transport - 12th runners                 same Last 11th runner

   Kindly bear with us as there will be 50+ runners in each Bus A-E
   as we have ordered the bus earlier and now since there is a increase in participants,
   we are unable to  change.
                     
   ii.   bottled mineral water for participants ( one each)  will be given to  the team manager during
        registration.
   iii.   Prize giving ceremony and Lucky draw will held immediately after the runner arrives or 1.00pm which
        is the earliest.   
        In case any team does not arrive by 1.00 p.m., prize giving will given out to the teams who
        has finished.
        Team managers are advised to be put the lucky draw numbers into draw box. And at least,
        even if the team arrives after 1pm, the manager can collect the lucky draw  for them.
        iv.  Kindly read the rules
        v. help keep the compound of Upper Penang Road clean and also all change over zones.
        vii. The START is at Upper Penang Road,
        viii.  Kindly assist me to pass the word around to all participants.

虽然成绩不是理想的那么好
而我也不是跑得很快
谢谢cari runner能给我加入这次的赛事

第一棒没有把前奏搞好。。。搞得我们落后很多很多。。。哈哈
下一届还敢给我跑relay吗？但是不要第一棒。。。
过后大家都好落力，很感动一下。。。

RELAY 是 要 留 给 年 青 人 去 PIA。。 我 这 些 上 了 年 级 的 中 年 人 看 看 就 好。。。。
