我相信利物浦也可以，只是時間還沒到罷了
最近青訓教練已大換血，看來Rafa已有計劃要把青訓改革。
Rafa最近才選了前Barca的青訓教練José Segura 做青訓的technical manager。我相信José Segura 會把barca的方式引用在利物浦青訓上。

毕竟rb还有空缺
还有我们的adam hammil 和anderson也可以偶尔用咯 |

Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Jose Segura, who will take over the academy technical manager's role in the summer.
The 48-year-old left the manager's post at Greek side Olympiacos last year, after winning two league titles, and will take up his new post with the Reds on June 1.
The Spaniard also held the position of assistant academy director at Spanish giants Barcelona, where he helped in the development of Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
He has also been instrumental in the development of players including Andres Iniesta, Victor Valdes, Gerard Pique, Bojan Krkic and Mikel Arteta.
The 48-year-old will report to Liverpool's academy director, Frank McParland, and will bring massive experience to Liverpool's back room staff as they seek to start creating their own network of world stars.
Manager Rafael Benitez is obviously pleased with the capture of Segura, saying that the club's academy will now have the chance to develop in a manner in keeping with the standards he expects.
Speaking to Liverpool's official website, Benitez said, "There's a lot to do at the Academy, but we've worked hard to bring in the best people and Jose is a great appointment.
"He's worked with some of the top young talent in Spain and knows the challenges faced in bringing through players to the first team set-up. He's also got experience at the top, after his success with Olympiacos, and I'm delighted that he's agreed to join us."
Liverpool are still in the hunt for their first Premier League title and will be hoping to start a production line of world class players, in order to help them to domestic success.

但他留下來又怎樣？跟spearing掙，看來Spearing比較有前途。

Swansea close in on 20-year-old Liverpool winger Paul Anderson/ Transfer news
19/05/2009Paul Anderson is close to a return to Swansea City after the Welsh club tabled a six-figure offer for the 20-year-old Liverpool winger. The Merseyside giants have accepted the bid and it is now down to Swansea and Anderson to agree personal terms for the move to be completed.
Anderson was part of the Swansea side that were promoted from League One. In 2007/2008 he scored seven goals in 31 appearances.
Roberto Martinez went in for the right winger last summer but he stunned the Spanish manager by choosing Nottingham Forest since he wanted to move closer to his family home in Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire.
Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins said of the deal: "We have had a six-figure sum with Liverpool accepted, but I must stress that Paul is one of a number of options we are pursuing."
Jenkins added: "The offer has been accepted by Liverpool, but it is still subject to us agreeing personal terms and Roberto sitting down with the player for further talks. Whoever we sign, we want players who want to play for Roberto and Swansea City. That attitude is vital - however good they are."

说起来。。。最近我们已经很久没有青训的球员冒出头来了。。不知道我们以后还有没有像杰拉德和卡拉格这样的土生土长球员。像以前有欧文横空出世，让我们开心。希望rafa可以给年青球员机会。 |
