Description	MANULIFE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("MANULIFE" OR THE "COMPANY")DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN APPLICABLE TO THE FIRST AND FINAL DIVIDEND OF 8.0 SEN PER SHARE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024 ("2024 FIRST AND FINAL DIVIDEND") ("6th DRP")
We refer to the announcements dated 20 February 2025, 23 May 2025, 13 June 2025 and 2 July 2025 in relation to the 6th DRP. The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements, where applicable. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by the Share Registrar, Manulife will be issuing 6,943,008 New Shares pursuant to the 6th DRP. The New Shares to be issued represent approximately 73.01% of the number of 9,509,526 New Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 6th DRP had all the entitled shareholders of Manulife elected to reinvest the electable portion of their 2024 First and Final Dividend into New Shares. This announcement is dated 22 July 2025.
