(a) The corporate exercise will involve 3 listed companies, namely Idaman Unggul Berhad ("IDAMAN"), Land & General Bhd and Golden Plus Holdings Bhd ("GPLUS").

(b) GPLUS is expected to acquire Tahan Insurance from IDAMAN for RM200 million under the corporate exercise.

(c) Teh Soon Seng will emerge as a substantial shareholder in IDAMAN.

(d) Allianz Malaysia Berhad is also interested to acquire IDAMAN's stake in Tahan Insurance.

In accordance with Bursa Securities' Corporate Disclosure Policy, you are requested to furnish Bursa Securities with an announcement for public release confirming or denying the above reported article in particular the underlined sentences after due and diligent enquiry with all the directors, major shareholders and all such other persons reasonably familiar with the matters about which the disclosure is to be made in this respect. 很多人就是要看老美的脸色，马股就偏偏不看老美的脸色.
拿着破轮冲的拿破仑肯定又要吃败战了，冲啊！老美涨起三百九十多点咧，那些排队去送钱的又呆呆了。无奈！心态失败。

不过 INSIDERINFO ， 你为什么肯定这支股会上？ 那你买入的平均价是多少？ 多少股？ 方便透露吗？？ 本人看到这间公司的业绩真是惨不任睹。。。。这只股还会有希望吗？

TAHAN INSURANCE BHD 能买多少钱？ 现在这只股的净资产。。介于正与负之间。。。。。不过会有新股东入股吗？

Idaman-LB没有半个人买进，只有3单卖出。。
Idaman一早contra进货的人就马上让大户套利了。。真的很可怜下。
