涉及金玉华案件‧遭董事部停职 国行通缉LTKM主席

（吉隆坡28日讯）家禽业者LTKM（LTKM，7085，主板消费产品股）主席，也是大马金玉华私人有限公司（Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd）董事的阿末凯鲁丁，不但遭国家银行通缉，目前更是行踪不明，因而被董事部停职。

国家银行上周刊登广告，通缉现年55岁的阿末凯鲁丁，以协助调查大马金玉华私人有限公司的事件。

目前，国内贸易、合作社与消费人事务部，以及马来西亚公司委员会，也正在寻找阿末凯鲁丁。

他们援引银行与金融机构法令第25（1）条文、商品事务法令第18条文和公司法令第143、165及169条文，要求阿末凯鲁丁现身协助调查。

通缉广告中提到，阿末凯鲁丁此前已被多次发出逮捕令。

LTKM今天向马交所报备，该公司尝试寻找阿末凯鲁丁的下落，但迄今仍无法联络上。

因此，董事部今早召开会议，决定马上采取行动，即宣布暂时中止阿末凯鲁丁的独立非执行主席职务，以待确认他所涉及的事件。

广告见报后股价跌3.8%

LTKM董事部今天宣布委任非执行董事卡马鲁丁莫哈末迪隆，为公司副主席。

LTKM表示，一旦董事部取得更多详情和证实有关事情后，将对外公布。

LTKM周一无交易，处于2.35令吉水平，不过股价过去一周波动较大，本月22日（上周二）扬升至2.39令吉，但次日通缉广告刊登在报章后，股价滑落3.8%，至2.30令吉。

LTKM的股价在上周五，以2.35令吉挂收。

去年被投资者起诉

阿末凯鲁丁是在1999年12月23日，受委进入LTKM董事部，此前涉足原棕油领域。他同时也担任多家私人公司的董事。

他也是其中一名去年杪遭9名黄金投资者起诉的大马金玉华董事，以索回逾200万令吉的投资。

投资者当时也起诉大马金玉华和其他3名董事。


新闻背景：126公斤黄金查封

大马金玉华是在去年10月遭国行调查，疑违反多个银行与金融法令，包括洗黑钱、获取存款但给予投资者黄金、无执照委任中介等。

国行也冻结大马金玉华价值9980万令吉的支票、户口和其他资产，以及充公126公斤的黄金。

国行早在2009年7月21日开始调查金玉华有限公司（Genneva Sdn Bhd），发现公司涉嫌非法存款，违反2项法令。

今年1月23日，金玉华私人有限公司4名董事，被控于2年前抵触反洗黑钱法令及反恐怖主义融资法令及银行与金融机构法令，多达共229项控罪，其中黄保荣被控93项罪行，地庭裁决全部表罪成立。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡25日讯）从事生产鸡蛋业务的LTKM公司（LTKM，7085，主要板消费）有意加强房产发展业以减少对核心业务依赖，消息出炉后股价获激励，早盘一度劲涨34仙至或7%报5令吉，冲破5年新高纪录。

LTKM公司今早开市先起4仙报4.70令吉，然后就一路大幅上涨，早盘一度猛涨34仙至或7%报5令吉，创写5年新高纪录。

休市时，LTKM公司挂4.98令吉，大涨32仙，半日交易量仅达11万8700股。

LTKM公司午盘涨幅虽收窄，但仍稳守在10大上升股榜；该股闭市扬24仙，收在4.90令吉，成交量15万1600股。

LTKM公司董事经理拿督陈金国昨日出席常年股东大会后，向记者指出，公司是在2011年进军房产发展业，如今有意扩大业务，以提高收入来源。

“截至2014财年3月底，房产发展业贡献472万令吉或3%收入，是个很小的数目，我们已经有了扩展计划，但目前透露这些资料仍过早。”

他说，公司目前在雪州仁嘉隆拥有20英亩未开发土地，还没决定如何发展。

“我们正物色收购有潜能发展的土地，特别是在巴生谷及柔佛区。”

陈金国强调，生产鸡蛋业务维持是公司的核心业务，在2014全年，该业务贡献高达1亿6957万令吉相等于95.23%收入。

LTKM拟2送1红股 之后股票1拆2

（吉隆坡7日讯）家禽股LTKM（LTKM，7085，主板消费产品股）建议一系列企业活动，包括送红股、股票拆细和设立雇员认股权计划（ESOS）。

根据文告，LTKM建议以2送1比例，送出2168万4001红股，回馈股东。

发出红股后，LTKM的缴足股本，将从原有的4336万8002股，扩大至6505万2003股。

截至12月31日，该公司的保留盈利企于3256万令吉，股票溢价户头也有247万令吉，因此，送红股活动将从中融资。

完成红股计划后，LTKM建议拆细股票，将1股分拆成2股，届时，股本将进一步扩大至1亿3010万4006股，但缴足资本仍是6505万2003令吉。

另外，LTKM也建议设立最多占缴足股本10%的雇员认股权计划。

一旦员工行使雇员认股权计划的选择权，收益将会用作营运资本。

LTKM表示，送红股旨在回馈股东，拆细股票则是为了提升流通量，让投资者更容易入场。
