大家~
今天我去拿passport时,我接到了一个重中的打击   

我申请失败了~  

其原因:~
Taking into account your circumstances as decribed by you, I am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that you have demonstrated that you meet the requirements of section 95

You have stated that you intented to go to the UK for 2 year working holiday. You have provided evidence that you have been a studetn at University of Malaya recently completing your degree studies and you have provided evidence of your parents fumds. However i must consider your pesonal intentions and you have stated in your travel plan that you will work for 50% of the time ( 1 year ) 40 % travelling in the UK and 10 % travelling in other European countries, You are therefore intendings to work for more than 50% of the time that you will actually be in the UK. I am therefore not satified that you are intending only to take employment incidental to a holiday and that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your holiday.Paragraph 95(vi) and (viii)

If you decide to appeal against the refusal of your application, the decision will be reviewed in conjunction with your griunds of appeal, If you have any additional documentation which addresses the reasons for refusal, you are strongly advised to submit it with your notice of appeal, as it may be possible to resolve the points at issue without the necessity for an appeal hearing.

I therefore refuse your application<------这句是致命的一击

我也其实很少发问问题,因为在这里已经够详细~
但还是被打倒了,而且还是那种没有留意到的细节
其实在我的quetionnaire是这样写的
50% of 2 year (for work)
40% of 2 year (travel at UK)
10% of 2 year (travel at other European Countries)
我还以为这样会没问题,但竟然犯了两条最严重的错~
Paragraph 95(vi) and (viii)
我的动机其实是想去旅行,但是可能因为签证官对我的questionnaire的答安误会,所以直接把我当了~  

失败了,能走的路有三条:
1 上诉
2 从新申请
3 放弃

这里想询问大家的的意见,当然translator大大这次需要你的帮忙~你可以pm我你的电话号码吗?因为我人在PJ,想询问你的意见~(希望收费不那么贵啦 )

怎样反驳上诉?
要附上怎样的资料和信件才能说服签证官?

USE ACROBAT ７ AND ABOVE，COPY AND PASTE THE QUESTIONAIRE ＠ WORD，酱就可以TYPE的美美的。记得PASTE THE LOGO TOO。
THE VFS 会接受的。

ONLINE APPLY MEAN PRINT OUT THE COMPLETED FORM....不用再填别的FORM......

请问楼主如果出国读书的话是申请学生证还是visa？！还有要sponsor人的吗？sponsor人的收入底薄会不会因为这样会被拒绝申请？

--> ANY DATE BTW 3 MONTHS FROM APPLICATION SUBMIT DATE, eg submit on 10/6/2008, can put date ntw 11/6/2008 - 10/9/2008

--> depend who's financial eveidence u submit, if got income & own saving, put myself. Else sponsor information is needed.

--> suggest 60% (14 months) travel & 40% work(10 months)
--> this is "guide" only, once u get the WHM, u definately can change your plan @ your mind...no need to honour  put travel @ europe etc etc ..... pls refer to those fail case.

--> travel plan is easy, just state on which month visit which UK part will do. Place to visit can get from internet. If can get a UK map inside is much much better.
--> and when you are look for UK info, u will get more understand about UK attraction. Unless, you just want to work work work...
--> Sponsor letter : According formal letter format, make a declaration will do. 2 lines to introduce the sponsor, 1 line to state the support sentence. No need write a long long essay. Remember put the Name & IC & relationship

蜜瓜仔申请WHM签证被拒（见１３６５楼），说明了一个事实：申请表格的每个问题都是地雷陷阱，而签证官保留权力援引一切的理由及条文加以拒签。当他们把尺寸放严时，会有更多的申请人因为误踏陷阱而被拒绝。

这是因为签证官给予的拒绝理由，是不满意申请人不会逾期逗留及不会非法打工。
虽然蜜瓜仔不论是个人条件（大学毕业,前途光明）或资助人财务能力(家族企业,财力雄厚)，都超越了一般的申请条件。

蜜瓜仔目前在上诉中。上诉是必须的。这是因为一个签证申请人如果放弃上诉权而重新申请同样的签证，很可能因为被当成默认及同意被拒绝的理由，在重新申请时因为涉及同样的嫌疑再次被签证官以同样的理由拒绝。上诉是清除嫌疑的唯一方法。
“You must set out the grounds for your appeal and give the reasons in support of these grounds – that is, why you disagree with the decision. You must do this now because you may not be allowed to mention any further grounds at a later date. ”

蜜瓜仔采取的应对措施包括：取消欧洲之旅，将全部行程集中在英国，调整工作（少过５０％）及旅游(多过５０％）比率，加入一封家族企业的证明信，证明将在他完成旅程回马时安排他在公司上班。~ translator ~

再请问，certification只可以是Notary Public吗？ Commission of Oath 不可以么？
除了给合格的翻译员翻译，还有谁可以够格翻译 ？
如果自己翻译了再给Notary Public certified可以么？因为翻译员的收费好像不便宜。
还有，certified 的文件是不是一定要注明日期？

yes you can pass the documents to Commission of oaths, as long as they have put the qualification chop on the documents.
Usually they charge around RM2-5 per copy.

You need to justified which document is important and 'must' translate, please be understand if you pass the document with only Malay, the situation is same like we look at the document with full Korea words. Thus, British High Commission is not recognised... and also unable to recognised document with Malay word only.

你可以尝试自己翻译可是一样不受承认。我的顾客试过自己翻译报生纸可是VFS 直接Rejected那个没有chop 的翻译文件。
还是直接找搂主吧！可能价钱可以商议吧？

我问过vfs的人，部分文件可以Commision for oaths certified的。。试试打电话去问咯。。

我也是这批的。 30th May 星期五 交文件，3rd June 星期二就可以拿了。没有面试。online application。
重要文件：
1。 evidence of fund
- FD, saving account, unit trust
- car
总资金rm30K+

2. origin of funds
- 3 months payslip
- income tax
- company bonus

3. others
- travel plan (40% working, 60% travelling in UK)
- Financial plan in UK
- Insurance policies
- education cert.

我把所有 original 文件也交上。只是银行复印有银行盖印。
