Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to inform our customers that we are currently in the process of upgrading our network IP Contact Center (IPCC) – Single Number Access (100) to an Internet Protocol-based Next Generation Network (NGN) platform in order to facilitate the ongoing improvements to our performance and service quality. With this new network, TM will be in a position to serve your needs faster and more efficient.
Kindly also take note that there will be no changes in the service terms and pricing policy under this network upgrading exercise. The upgrading exercise will be carried out on 29 March 2011.
