Base on project name , cost incurred , payment receive.
D totol cost and sales should be d same as in p&l.
Which included stock item.

Cuz I really hv no idea for making all project site data in one page.

01）為何 accounting year 2011 少了一個 site project 但是卻有資料顯示有買 materials （purchases）
解決：從新個別 run 各個 site 的 P & L + purchases 給他，等他自己看有哪些 site 是 cancel / on hold

02）為何 accounting year 2011 的 sales 跟之前 generate 的不一樣？
解決：那個舊的data（沒有做 year end closing 的）被我發覺到前會計 key-in 錯 amount + 我有口頭上跟他講
           所以現在我再 highlight 有問題的地方給他看

03）那個 sms 他是要我做這兩年來公司所有的 site project summary ，但我還沒整理好給他他就給我這樣的短訊，所以我不得不這麼回覆 + 我承認我那時候已經很 dulan 了
