再怎样他们出那样的academic calender还是会误导学生的！有时候我们外坡学生也是需要回家做我们自己的事，老是不确定时间我们也很难安排时间！尤其是要搭飞机那种，我不是超有钱学生，不可能每次换机票！假如不提早安排，分分钟都可以订不到机票的！！另外，我也认同你的说法，是有小部分学生没怨言！不过大部分的还是会吵的！

那你定机票前有再三向DEPARTMENT那里COMFRIM考试只有一个星期就考完吗?
还是那句,考了那么多次试了,那里有一个星期就完成全部考试的时间表?
还有, 我觉得在一个SEMS开始之前给NOTICE知道几时考试是蛮合情合理,
毕竟有2个月ADVANCE了.

看到不懂那一楼说resource fees
基本上我是06年进的学生
可是今年他们突然invoice我resource fees
然后我去registry问
我觉得他们说了我听过最白痴的理由
"Oh.. Because you transfer course, then u considered new student now"
加上之前transfer的时候DEPT乱来给资料很多SUB又说了EXEMPT又不给搞到我的transfer搞了很久
所以  比起我 HELP其实算对你们不错了

P/s:对不起  也许我对HELP的批评会让你们不愉快

我是０６年３月进help的。。。
０７年９月进了uel baaf。。。
０８年９月转去uel babs。。。
希望它没有说我是新生咯。。。
暂时transfer我没遇到问题。。。因为同样dept弄的。。。

我也是08年9月tranfer
也是同样dept的transfer
我个人认为他们是invoice错了懒改所以随便敷衍我
所以你应该不会面对这样的问题

也许真的不应该
可是当时因为TRANSFER的事真的让我添了很多麻烦
到WEEK 4 他们都还没有确定给我EXEMPT的科目+一直换来换去
而且很多问题都是很明显因为他们在懒+省时间所以随便敷衍我
所以 那个RESOURCE FEES我那时候真的不想再和他们吵下去了

也许你们要看看我们大学多么有效率

以下内容是当时我PO在部落格的一篇文章

[size=130%]I went back to HELP and enquire about the UEL course. I asked the dept for the COMFIRMED SUBS EXEMPTED and they did told me "Financial Acc + Cost & Management Acc". They gave me the transfer form and ask me to submit to Registry 2.

At Registry,
Staffs : U transfering from UEL to UOL?
Me : No. From UOL to UEL.
Staffs : U transfered from UEL to UOL then now transfer bac to UEL?
Me : Yes, I didnt attend any class for UEL last time. I got no result.
Staffs : U case very complicated. I dono how to do.
Staffs : *in low voice* aiya...I ask the IT dept to do. U wait out dere.

I was transfering from UEL to UOL last time bcoz your very professional education advisor giving me wrong information that i cant do ALL 3 Yrs UOL here and very generous suggesting me to go the dono what SIT. And i hav to do all tranfering from UEL to UOL when i found out he told me the wrong thing. And now u showing me the AIYA face bcoz of ur colleague mistake?)
[size=130%](我想说清楚  当初我本意是要念UOL的 可是我们专业的EDUCATION ADVISOR和我说不能在HELP拿完3年UOL  如果我要就叫我去什么SIT拿  我可以说他当时是极度不友善而且让我觉得他在赶客   就是因为他给这样的错误资料  我就这样被他叫ENROLL进UEL  在后来我搞清楚后才要求转回去UOL的)

Staff : U come bac tml.

FINALLY but,
At the same day, Registry 2 called me and SAID that i submit the wrong form. (Which i get it from the dept?) They ask me to go back and ask for the CORRECT form.

[size=130%]I get bac to the dept and told them i want the correct transfer form, n they show me the same WRONG form. I told them Registry 2 called me n said i submit the wrong form. The ordinator went bac to call registry2 and i stone dere for almost 15 minutes and he come back and ask me to wait. I said i hav class and he call me to come bac after class.

I back to the dept again and they giv me the UEL application form and ask me to fill in the sub i passed and they will get the exemption done.

[size=130%]I asked the dept whether i can take Management Acc (Yr2 Sub) since i m doin only 2 sub this sem. And they said YES, Since i exempted for C&M Acc. And this comfirmed by 2 ordinators.


[size=180%]12 Sept 2008 (Friday)
[size=130%]The dept called me and ask "WHO ASK YOU TO ENROLL MANAGEMENT ACC-ing?"
I was like (==") and i straight away go to the dept since i'm just having class at the same floor.
They still ask me the same ques and i told them i did comfirmed with them and they say ok. then i go enroll. And guess wat they told me? "This is the Yr2 Sub for Yr2 finishing students, u have to drop it"

Another amazing thing, they told me "In our system, U're HELP University College B. Management Student. U can only get exempted for this this this sub" OH PLS LA. I show them my UOL result statement and do i need to lie to them? And i said i'm doin UOL but not HUC and i don care who faults for the wrong info in the system and i can show my UOL exam statement. So they end up telling me they will check with the registry.


[size=180%]15 Sept 2008 (Monday)
[size=130%]They said " I'm waiting the list from registry, u come bac tml"


[size=180%]16 Sept 2008 (Tuesday)
[size=130%]Well, again. I get back to the dept...

Ordinator :
I check your student file, U're B. Management Student. Based on your B. Management result i cant exempt u for C&M Acc
Me :
I found no point cheating and i did show you my UOL result statement.
Ordinator:
What you pass for UOL exam? Where is your result statement?
Me :
I passed it to you on da first day, and i didnt bring the result statement everywhere expecting you to keep saying i'm the B. Management Student.
Ordinator :
* get back to his office & tok to other ordinator *
Me :
*wait....*
Ordinator :
I discussed with Dr. James. U wait for a while.
Me :
Oh. *wait*
Ordinator :
*come bac* I've discussed with Dr. James. He told me to look at both UOL & B. Management result. I go rearrange 1st.
Me :
*still waiting...*
Ordinator :
*come back*
OK. based on your B. Management result. U get exempted for this this this sub.
Based on your UOL result, for the principles of accounting u passed, U get exempted for financial Accounting.
Me :
My UOL Principles of Accounting included Financial Accounting & Management Accounting.
Ordinator :
Oh really?
Me :
YES. and u're the one who told me my Principles of Acccounting can get exemption for both Financial Accounting + C&M Accounting.
Ordinator :
No no no. Yours is Management Accounting. UEL wan is COST & management Accounting

We did study costing.
Ordinator :
Oh? I check with your lecturer
Me: *wait*
Ordinator:
*come bac in less than 5 minutes, I SWEAR*
I discussed with yout lecturer, its diff things studied so u cant get exempted. This is the academic judgement and u cant reject it.
Me :
*Speechless & sleepy* Oh. Wateva.
Ordinator :
Ok so settle, u bring this thing to registry 2 and they will do the exemption for u.


[size=130%](AND SO, Its nothing different like they just look at my B.Management result and ignore my UOL result. Less work and i'm still B.Management Student in their system)

At Registry,
I passed them the thing and the staff start looking and start mumbling "aiya... how can like dat..." and she tried to call i-dono-who and now ....

[size=130%]I feel so damn unfair and get irritated by their broken promises and wrong infos and i email-ed Dr.James regardind the exemptions matters.

This is what they replied me this

"Dr James has looked into your email and discussed the matter with Ms Marilyn. It is likely the subject could be exempted but before it is done official please meet Ms Marilyn for a prior discussion."

Well, I finally feel the world is brighter.

[size=130%]They gave me the same reason for not giving me exemptions and I still NEED to do the subject. I'm tired to talk to them but just wonder what is the point of discussion since i end up getting the same reason? Wateva. Timetable now crash like shit but i dont care and i don wanna get back to the dept and stuck for one problem for another few weeks.

我的student id也是06的，但是因为我07 may入学，结果他们也要我付recource fee！！！:@:@:@
还不止，读LAN也是要给RM300，之前我报名时跟我说是免费的！！！常常这样的出入，HELP的效率真的越来越有问题了！！
我想其他的college不知道会不会也是这样呢？？？

LAN subject不能怪他们啦。。。是lan自己开始要收钱的。。。
