其实有时候发现很多人都有遇到的问题应该这样做的
好让官方提供升级解决问题

With reference to your query, may I confirm with you that this happens immediately after you have performed hard reset? If this is the case, then I'm afraid that the problem might lie in the hard ware of your HTC sensation XE. You might take your phone to our service center for further analysis. May I know when did you get your sensation XE? If within 14 days purchase and there's no physical damage or liquid damage, you can have a one to one exchange. Please kindly take your purchase receipt to our service center.

个人留意到这个问题是每次换Setting或Install/Uninstall Software都100%会白屏，但也可能是一些Ap ...

我有时换Setting会这样（好像不是每次） ，至于install 和 uninstall 我就没有这样的问题，不过玩game (Defender) 和开internet browser就会。。。 |
