话是这样讲，不过到时可能超过10000人，要完全照顾到也是个问题，混乱是肯定的了。

据说会经过一个check point，。没有MR jersey的就直接tahan你不给过了。

Date : 16th March 2014 (Sunday)
Time : 7.00am-2.00pm
Venue : Batu Kawan Stadium, Penang
Event Organiser : Bicycle Town
Joint Organisers : Penang State, Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd, Lions Club Penang (Host)
Scheduled Programme on the Event Day (16th March 2014)
7.00am : Arrival of Participants
7.00am – 8.00am : Arrival of TYT Yang Di Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang
Flagging off of participants
10.00am : Refreshments for participants after the ride
12.00noon : Speech by VIP and Presentation of Token of Appreciation
12.20noon : Lucky Draw
2.00pm : Address by Committee Members & Ending of Merdeka Ride
To Participants
1. Flag off time for the ride is at 7.30pm. Participants have to be present 30 minutes before the flag off time.
2. Please bring bicycle locks to lock your bicycles. The organizer will not responsible for any loss of your
property.
3. Participants MUST wear safety helmets throughout the ride.
4. Please bring along a raincoat in case of rain.
5. Please park your vehicles at the designated areas.
6. JERSEY AND WRIST BAND MUST BE WORN THROUGHOUT THE EVENT. OTHERWISE THE CREW WILL STOP YOU FROM ENTERING AND RIDING ON THE BRIDGE.
7. Although this is a fun ride, participants have to complete the ride within 3 hours.
8. Please do keep the event venue clean and tidy.
9. Please do not across the emergency lane on the bridge.
10. There will be 2 water stations located at the event place. One is located at the Starting Point. Please
refill it before you start your ride. Another water station will be located at the U-turn point which is
about 20km away from starting point.
11. We also provide a photo taking backdrop which is located at the U-turn Point.

脚车尽量别离开视线就可以了，需要暂时离开的话就交代朋友帮忙看着。
