    原本HANDAL-WA想持票的，但想到砂州大选即将举行，成绩难料，所以还是卖出先，反正相信这几天大户也不会贸贸然进场。。今日综指的下挫或许就是大户放票的序幕。。。。。。。

（吉隆坡11日訊）澄心亞洲（JERNEH, 6394, 主板金融組）正與數家公司洽談，以探討被倒置收購的可能性，然而若洽談不成，將進行資本回退計劃。

該公司今日向《彭博社》證實，正與幾家公司洽商中，探討倒置收購的可能性，因為該公司在脫售核心保險業務後，需要重組和注入業務，以保持上市地位。

不過，該公司也強調，如果洽商沒有成果，會進行資本回退，將脫售資產所得回退到股東。

    今日收市 0.37 ，要不要卖票还得看你自己，相信大幅下跌的风险相当低了，短期应该不会跌破0.33.。。。。。。

1）我的REMISIER敷衍了事。一直叫我去BURSA找。
2）我直接打电话去BURSA问，开始她叫我问我的BROKER。过后跟她说我遇到的问题后她就说叫我去找STOCK COMPANY的SHARE REGISTRAR CO.也提供了我他们的联络电话。
3）打去SHARE REGISTRAR CO.问，只需要填表格，一张EXERCISE PRICE等值的BANKER CHQ/POSTAL ORDER给KPJ WARRANT户口。外加一张20块的SERVICE CHARGE给SHARE REGISTRAR CO.
他们收到表格后需要10个交易日来处理。

附上他们的FORM给大家参考。

比我想象中的容易很多。

P/S:买POSTAL ORDER比较便宜。

一般像我们这些散户没有必要去转换成母股，浪费时间，卡住$$$，

除非你是大户大量买进后以差价转换来取得赢利，又或你是大股东想增加股权而转换。。。。

Announcement Details/Table Section : The Company is pleased to announce that Handal Offshore Services Sdn Bhd (HOSSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of HRB has on 12 April 2011 received an extension of contract for the provision for crane services for EMEPMI from ExxonMobil. The contract will be extended for a further period of one (1) year commencing from 1 May 2011 to 30 April 2012. The ExxonMobil offshore cranes service and maintenance contract is based on rates, ie manpower rates such as crane technician rates, electrician rates, crane parts rates and cranes refurbishment rates. This is almost similar to that Talisman and Petronas Carigali contracts. The value of the contract based on the agreed rates are normally subject to the budget of the client for such contracts. This contract is expected to contribute to the earnings of HRB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2011. None of the Directors or major shareholders of HRB or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the abovesaid contract. This announcement is dated 12 April 2011.
