(RTTNews) - Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SNSS) announced the pricing of an underwritten offering
of around 44.1 million units, each consisting of one common share and a warrant to purchase 0.5 of a
common share, at a public offering price of $0.35 per unit, for gross proceeds of about $15.5 million.

The company noted that the net proceeds from this offering are estimated to be around $14.3 million,
after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by Sunesis. The offering is expected to close on or about October 6, 2010.

In addition, Sunesis Pharmaceuticals said the warrants would become exercisable 6 months after issuance at an exercise price of $0.42 per share, and would expire 5 years from the date of issuance. The common shares and warrants are immediately separable and would be issued separately.

個人認為可以的話，盡量避免投資金融股。
特別是小的金融股。

SSN可不可以學一下LEI呢,前幾天股價差不多.今天就差很多了. LEI現在上了20%. 2.00咯

上到高點3元多（在6月份）又跌下來至1.3多後
調整了整3個多月才再這2天向上爬。
