COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT，5037，主板貿服組）最近業績表現如何？財務情況穩定嗎？業務前景好嗎？有機會派息嗎？可以買進嗎？

答：截至2015年12月31日為止第四季，COMPUGT控股業績轉虧為盈，取得淨利704萬2千令吉（每股淨利為0.33仙），前期則是淨虧2千345萬令吉（每股淨虧1.10仙）。

全年淨利為143萬9千令吉（每股淨利0.07仙），前期淨虧損為3千零75萬6千令吉（每股淨虧為1.44仙）。該公司的每股淨資產值為6仙。

財務情況方面，截至2015年12月31日，該公司的總資產值2億1千704萬9千令吉，包括現金及等同現金為1千798萬1千令吉、應收款項為1千502萬4千令吉、庫存為1千零47萬7千令吉、持有及供產業發展土地為1億令吉、產業及器材等值7千164萬1千令吉。

負債6143萬

總負債為6千142萬7千令吉，包括短期借貸為1千319萬9千令吉，應付款項為2千964萬1千令吉。

該公司的股本為2億1千342萬9千令吉（由21億3千429萬股的股票組成）、重估儲備為3千460萬6千令吉。該公司的累積虧損為1億2千262萬3千令吉，實是市場較為關注的財務重點。

貿易及分銷業務深具挑戰

談到業務前景時，該公司在宣佈上述業績時表示，該公司旗下的貿易及分銷業務仍然深具挑戰，主要是市場競爭使然。

不過，該公司有信心保持為國內其中一家主要資訊科技及映像產品分銷商的目標。與此同時，該公司將繼續發展其他業務，包括聯合發展土地、太陽能計劃及伐木業務領域。

自上市以來，該公司從來沒有派過股息，相信與其連年虧損有關，即從2008至2014年都是蒙受虧損。

由於尚有累積虧損，相信短期內派息的機會不高。

（吉隆坡24日讯）COMPUGT（COMPUGT，5037，主板贸服股）宣布，以4388万4000令吉销售沉香木给Westwood行销有限公司。今日，COMPUGT发文告指，独资子公司Compugates行销与Westwood行销，签署一项沉香木销售和收割协议。Compugates行销同意从签署协议日期开始，在1年内，除了Westwood行销，不会卖沉香木给其他公司。

COMPUGT暂缓巴布亚新几内亚伐木

（吉隆坡22日讯）COMPUGT（COMPUGT，5037，主板贸服股）今日向马交所报备，市况充满挑战，暂时不继续探讨在巴布亚新几内亚进行伐木的可能。

早前，COMPUGT和两家巴布亚新几内亚公司签署了解备忘录，以获得伐木和营销合约。

COMPUGT独资子公司Compugates霹雳私人有限公司，分别在今年1月和2月，与Marrienberg Hills资源发展有限公司及Lower Sepik控股，签署了解备忘录，以受聘在巴布亚新几内亚的土地进行伐木。

COMPUGT在孟加拉、印尼、柬埔寨及新加坡等，都有绿色能源产品、农业及伐木业务，同时也是零售电子产品分销商。【e南洋】

小股东大权利

公司在年复一年的业务发展中，发现新的投资机会，结果转换跑道，是很平常的事。

近几年来，我们发现许多公司把业务多元化去产业发展，屈指一算，这数十家，原因是什么？

这大概是在2012至2014年的产业价格高飞，让许多门外汉见猎心喜。

虽然如此，转去产业发展的公司，未必全部赚钱。

不过，对于那些拥有一片多年前买下的土地，如今加以发展，却是很容易赚钱。

不但如此，以产业为主的营业额，可以轻易的超越公司惨淡经营的业务，让小股东非常高兴。

问题是，一片土地发展完了，接下来何以继续？

如果没有多年在产业市场的经验，在接下来的发展或投资，很容易买入贵的土地，然后推出的楼盘当然也跟着贵了，变成滞销。

这是转入产业发展的公司必须注意的事项。不过，在尝到了甜头后，董事部有这么容易放弃吗？

业务转去产业发展

由于本周无大事，我们就地取材，拿这家开特大的公司COMPUGT来谈谈，它的特大正好是寻求股东同意，将核心业务转去产业发展。

这是继6年前公司涉及种植沉香树（在2015年4月已经洽谈以4300万令吉售出此业务，不过交易尚未完成），然后在新几内亚进行伐木业务和在柬埔寨销售SIM卡后，最新涉及的业务。

由于产业发展营业额可在未来十年内达致10亿令吉，即超过公司的25%净资产，因此必须寻求股东同意这项多元化建议。

这项由公司出地，和产业发展公司联营的计划，按照合约，可以为公司带来最少22% （2.2亿令吉）的营收。

小股东在公司转换跑道，编织一片未来美景之下，是否有苦尽甘来的感觉？

只是，公司却又建议削减10仙面值至2仙，以抵销公司1.7亿令吉的累积亏损，未免让小股东忐忑，未来如果公司以2仙来私下配股，岂不是冲淡了目前的股东权益？

另外，小股东也有点迷惑，既然公司未来能有盈利进账，为什么不保留目前的亏损，以慢慢抵销盈利，减少税务（注：公司的累积亏损可以用来抵销被课税的盈利以减少公司的税务）？【e南洋】

多元业务至产业·COMPUGT冀明年转盈

（吉隆坡5日讯）COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT,5037,主板贸服组）相信多元化至产业投资及发展业务等策略，能够改善其业绩表现，并冀望明年开始显现盈利。

COMPUGT控股董事经理吴庆标在股东特大后表示，相信产业业务能够改善该公司的业绩表现。

他说，通过产业业务的联营发展，COMPUGT控股有望在未来10年获取至少2亿2000万令吉的回酬。

他说，一旦所有事情进展顺利，盈利贡献有望在2017年开始显现。

吴庆标相信，消费者仅是受到环境状况影响情绪，其实他们依然拥有消费能力。

截至2016年3月31日止首季，COMPUGT控股净亏由前期的252万4000令吉缩小至103万9000令吉；营业额则由前期的3548万2000令吉下跌25.74%至2635万令吉。

第二季业绩29日公布

该公司预计于本月29日公布第二季业绩。

吴庆标说，预计产业业务在未来将可贡献80%的盈利。

该公司目前的盈利贡献主要来自于贸易、促销和分析影像资讯科技与通讯产品、促销沉香茶和太阳能业务。

COMPUGT控股的太阳能业务贡献了500万令吉的营业额，该公司已提呈价值约60亿令吉的太阳能业务计划书予中央政府，当中20亿令吉是为学校及家庭安装太阳能设施。

吴庆标表示，该公司的太阳能业务都在沙巴进行，因为当地缺少电力供应。

目前该公司已种植2万3000棵沉香树，每棵售价1800令吉，已与Westwood签署买卖协议，总值逾4000万令吉。

吴庆标表示，该公司在过去6年，投资了约150万令吉给种植沉香树业务，在扣除成本，剩余则为公司的净利。

针对在巴布亚新几内亚岛（Papua New Guinea）探讨伐木业一事喊停，吴庆标表示，公司必须投资2000万令吉予机械和基建，因此，在获得3位顾问的意见后而决定停止。

吴庆标表示，COMPUGT控股希望通过削减股票面值以抵消累积亏损。

他补充，另一个目的则是能够让公司在以后进行企业活动时，不会因为财务问题而陷入PN17的窘境。

他说，COMPUGT控股目前为“零债务公司”，财务状况健康。

COMPUGT控股于特大一致通过包括多元化至产业投资及发展业务及削减股票面值至2仙的议案。
