2.价钱最好300到350左右
3.地点batu caves 还是setapak
4.不需要冷气。
5.12月可以搬进去的
6.会准时教租金
7.最好有parking位。

1.地点 ：金寶tmn Bandar baru 小房(small room)出租 （jln perak 14 ）--靠近周三pasar malam，去ktar, utar 不會太遠，去new town也方便。
2.出租 ：小房
3.房租 ：RM100 ，deposit一个月 RM100，合共RM200就可11月进来，无合约。
4.水电 ：不包括 (人頭計算，目前這間家有兩個人居住)
5.條件 ：华裔，禁烟（目前我和一位utar生，男的）...
