（吉隆坡18日讯）COMPUGT（COMPUGT，5037，主板贸服股）宣布，独资子公司Compugates获万通科技（MTOUCHE，0092，创业板）委任为Krypto短讯分销商。
根据文告，Compugates是在今日与万通科技独资子公司MTB Securenet签署分销协议，负责在国内推广与分销Krypto短讯。
Compugates可通过全马超过1万300名经销商，接触广泛的客户群。
这项分销商委任期限为12个月，今日开始生效，可更新延长1年。【南洋网财经】

- DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT | Compugates wishes to inform that Compugates Sdn. Bhd, (“CSB”) a wholly owned subsidiary of Compugates, had today entered into a Distributor Agreement (“the Agreement”) with MTB Securenet Sdn Bhd ("MTBSN"), a wholly owned subsidiary of mTouche Technology Berhad for the appointment of CSB as a Distributor to market and distribute Krypto SMS in Malaysia according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement as CSB has wide access to customers through its vast distribution network of more than 10,300 dealers, all of whom are strategically located in major market centres within Malaysia.
The Appointment is for an initial period of twelve (12) months from 18 March 2014 which may be renewed for successive one-year terms.
Effect of the Appointment The Appointment is expected to contribute positively to Compugates Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
However, the Appointment will not have any effect on the net assets, share capital and shareholdings structure of Compugates.
Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interests None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the Appointment.

QUALIFICATION IN THE EXTERNAL AUDITORS' REPORT ON THE AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2013 | In accordance with Paragraph 9.19 (37) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the external auditors’ report on the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 contains a qualified opinion by the external auditors, Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng. Details of the qualification are as follows:-
"Basis for Qualified Opinion We refer to Note 28(b) to the Financial Statements which disclose that included in professional fee is an amount of RM3,000,000/- for advisory support services. We were unable to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence pertaining to the aforesaid expenses.
Qualified Opinion In our opinion, except for the effects of the matter described in the Basis of Qualified Opinion paragraph, the financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial positions of the Group and of the Company as at 31 December 2013 and of their financial performance and cash flows for the financial year then ended in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act, 1965 in Malaysia."

COMPUGT擬建20億綜合產業

（吉隆坡30日訊）COMPUGT控股（COMPUGT,5037,主板貿服組）在龍溪靠近廈門大學有一塊100英畝土地，將趕搭廈門大學大馬分校發展的列車，準備發展成10億至20億令吉綜合產業計劃。
COMPUGT控股董事經理吳慶鏢接受《星洲財經》詢問時證實，公司擁有一塊距離廈門大學分校7.5公里的100英畝土地，這塊土地距離龍溪瑪拉工藝大學學院3.5公里，距離賽城與布城只有5分鐘車程。
他說，公司正與著名發展商洽商，可能以聯營方式展開上述發展計劃，目前還在積極洽商中。
他今日在股東大會後說，公司希望能於這個財政年對發展計劃拍板定案，至於整個發展值他也不願意披露，因還在磋商階段。
他不願意披露與哪些著名發展商洽商過，僅表示還在洽談中。
有信心轉虧為盈
他說，若能趕在這個財政年開展上述包括店屋、公寓等綜合計劃，有信心協助公司轉虧為盈。
他指出，在霹靂州皇城江沙的沈香樹目前已青翠蒼鬱，預料2至3年後有所收成。
根據瞭解，公司總共種植2萬5千棵沈香樹，每棵樹市值達1萬令吉。
該公司主席丹斯里阿斯末也在年報指出，公司正積極從核心的資訊通訊工藝（ICT），多元化至行銷、發配與再生能源、農業、餐飲等領域。
“再生能源方面，上財政年已透過沙巴旗下公司CSSB公司，完成了17項再生能源計劃及進賬約509萬令吉，正與沙巴州政府積極洽商新計劃。
他說，迄今，CSSB已提呈56項建議書，所涉計劃價值61億令吉，正等待批准。
截至2013年12月31日，該公司第四季虧損收窄至462萬4千令吉，前比前期虧損540萬8千令吉；全年虧損142萬9千令吉，前期按年虧損769萬令吉。2014年首季，仍虧損304萬6千令吉，相比前期淨虧174萬8千令吉。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：張啟華） |

今天的九命貓吃了仙藥了，暴量了 
何謂 九命貓 ?
就是賺錢公司，被人背後下一刀而成大虧錢的公司，又被各大銀行強行賣掉大股東的股票來還債，本以為5037會進入 pn 17，最後下市收埸。
當時大股東，也知道，不賣票還債的話，最後股價如果不幸跌到 rm 0.050的話，再賣票的話，基本就是等死。
LCL 的大股東也是如此，如果當初心恨一點，知道公司內部出事了，先出票的話，也不會弄到公司也倒了，自已的股票也被清光了。
最後他講了一句話：
和銀行借錢時，銀行當我是乾儿子，一但反面時，只會認錢不認乾儿子。
如果當初大股東也學compugt大股東先賣票來還債的話，我看LCL最其碼也會生存下來，可惜他算錯了一步。

KUALA LUMPUR (August 14): Messrs Crowe Horwath, the special auditor appointed by Compugates Holdings Bhd, has not identified any unusual or unauthorised cash payments relating to a RM3 million payment by the company for advisory support services made earlier, following the completion of its special audit on the company.
“Based on the work performed by Messrs Crowe Horwath and the information available, Messrs Crowe Horwath have not identified any unusual or unauthorised cash payments or whether the contracts for advisory support services were not valid,” said Compugates in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
Arising from the findings of the special audit, the company has reviewed its processes and has put in place further documentations to strengthen the current limitation in the documentation and justification in supporting the payment for advisory support services in the future.
Compugates' former external auditor Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng had in April this year announced that it was unable to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence pertaining to an expense of RM3 million for advisory support services, after an audit of the company’s financial statements for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2013 (FY13).
Note 28(b) in Compugates financial statements for FY13 had stated the RM3 million payment for advisory support services for work done and proposed projects.

根据文告，审计师Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng之前指出，截至去年12月杪的财报中，有300万令吉支付予岸外公司的咨询支援服务费用，无证据支撑。
