15-day Service Satisfaction Guarantee
All customers are entitled to a full refund if the service does not meet expectations. Simply return the modem to P1 P@ddock (Flagship Centre) no later than 15 days of your registration date for a full refund at no extra charge. However, if you have used more than 10 Gigabytes(GB) of data usage within the 15 days, a RM50 fee will be charged.
TERMINATION
Subscribers may terminate their service when they want to. However, if they have not completed their contract period, they will need to pay Ringgit Malaysia Nine Hundred Ninety Nine (RM999.00) being the cancellation and early termination fee or to pay a penalty of the remaining contract period or the price of the P1 W1MAX Modem as per market price on the date of your Service Registration, whichever is lower.

你是拿去还给谁的？
其实这个问题，你打去问cs就可以解决了。如果modem你是还给agent的话，那个agent要负责。
还有账单有写明清楚收到账单14天内如果觉得有问题，要给他们知道.

p1....really shit men~~~太慢了。。。。。我用1.2mbps....还慢过streamyx 512 kbps....玩gg....全部人ping over 100。。。。qvod 20 而已```` |

p1有username 和password ? 按reset. |

其实不是block , 是streamyx慢，导致大家都很难连接到streamyx用户
和连接外国网站还是ping高。我只要用一个streamyx的proxy , 我就可以提高速度了.

P1 MODEM里面没有此功能..
我已经打电话去问了..
他说那个画面只是排美而已...
